YYes2scotlandChecked in on February 19th for one night. Check in was fantastic, friendly and fast. Got to the room and turned on TV. Did not go on. Called front desk and someone came up to try to fix. Took a few tries but finally got it. Something was not connected. Next went to use the toilet and went to raise the seat. The seat could not lift due to where they had installed the toilet roll holder. Had to remove the toilet paper first. Picture included. This morning went to make a cup of coffee. Put the sachet into the holder and filled up the reservoir. Within seconds all of the water leaked out the underside where the plug wire comes out. The counter and floor were covered in water. Brought the unit to the front desk still in my PJ’s. Not replacement was available. Poured myself a cup from the restaurant. Not very relaxing overall.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst for one night while we attended a wedding across the street. The hotel was lovely and clean with a beautiful and welcoming firepit, plenty of convenient parking, a nice workstation area, and very large rooms with super comfortable beds! The staff was friendly, the halls and surrounding areas were nice and quiet, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserThe Delevan is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle arrived before we exited baggage claim, and Sonny, the driver, was personable and efficient. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the restaurants, including the new Petra, are stylish, reasonably-priced and the food is excellent. Reliably pleasant all around.

刘刘There are breakfast, usually American scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, as well as sausage and ham. You can also make some waffles yourself. There are three kinds of cereals. There are two kinds of fruits. Basically, there are drinks, like juice or milk. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and each floor has it. Washing machine 8 25 cents wash once, the dryer is 4 25 cents. If you don't have enough cents, you can go to the front desk to change. Baggage can also be stored at the front desk without any fees. There is a parking lot.

GGuest UserWe booked a room at this hotel for one night stay with friends. It was the evening of a football game in the area, and there was also a large group or team visiting at the same time, so the hotel was very busy with lots of kids running up and down the halls and a large group having a party in the lobby all night. Upon arriving into our room, we noticed that the door was open which was concerning. When we closed the door behind us we found that it did not latch closed and could be pushed open. We called down to the hotel reception and were given instructions on how to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this did not help. We called down once again and they sent a staff member up to try to help, and the staff member was frustrated by this issue. We were running low on time so we decided to take our valuables with us while they fixed the door since we were not comfortable sleeping in a room with a door that does not lock closed. We also asked to switch rooms and were told that there were no comparable rooms however they were finally able to place us in an upgraded room but it was not the right size for the amount of beds that we needed. The staff did what they could to help, however they were not friendly about it and seemed annoyed that we were asking for a door that locked. We even asked to be placed in a sister location but were told there were none. Overall, it was too many issues for such a short stay and I would not choose to stay at that location again.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is located right at the Buffalo Airport, the hotel was nice and clean. Did not hear any planes overhead, room was clean, beds were comfortable, easy check-in and check out. The TV in room was small and didn't work, but we were too tired to care. The downfall is there is no nightlife in Buffalo, seems everything closes at 11pm. Hard to find food after 11pm. The sportsbar attached to hotel closes too early. If we would return to hotel if had to again. Rates were cheap compared to others in area.

GGuest UserThe location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

YYULANThe hotel is very beautiful, there is a big bathtub in the big bed room, the kids like it very much. There are shopping centers not far from nearby. It is a 30-minute drive from Great Falls and Buffalo! Free parking, breakfast is relatively good!

GgiseladuverneyTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, VERY FILTHY HOTEL, we reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights; after a very long day of delayed planes we arrived, thinking we are going to relax & sleep. But was not like that at all; room #1 (room 201)was not clean and smells nasty like smoke & dirty at the same time, i request to change room and the desk person (VERY RUDE GUY) told me, he personally inspect that room and it was fine, i insisted and I was changed to another room (room 220), when i open the bed, look obvious that those sheets were not clean, there were long black hairs int he bed, (i am blonde, so they were not mine), i requested to change the room again , and the from desk guy said there were not more rooms available, so i ask for CLEAN, set of sheets, he said will send you somebody in the morning, i had to fight to get those that night to sleep. My friend on bedroom # 2 (room 202) has smell as CLOROX (at least), but the toilet was running water the whole night, we complain again, and the guy at front desk said he will send somebody in the morning to fix it. I told him that we want to cancel that reservation and want our money back, HE SAID THESE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. I felt ROBBED, I went to the room and started calling Wyndham but, it was already past midnight, so i had to wait until the morning to call again. In the morning when I called, Wyndham accepted to cancel our reservation, however, we were charged for that 'NIGHTMARE NIGHT” we spend there, we only were refunded for the 2 coming nigths, that we did not used. Of course we packed & left. I have pictures to show all of it, old vomit in the front door, welcome mat dirty, big stains in the lobby couchs, floor dirty spots, elevator looks as never was clean or mop or vacummed, hallway carpets smelly and full of stains ETC, ETC, ETC, there are too many things to mentionof course we did not have breakfast since the place was also dirty (unsanitary). If the health department of NY go there for an inspection, for sure that hotel should be CLOSED. The only good thing I have to mention that the lady in the front desk (in the morning) was very kind and helpful.
