The environment is good and the service is good, but you have to pay for parking, 18 dollars a day. It’s very close to **, just next door, not far from the outlet, about three traffic lights will arrive
We ended up coming in a night earlier than anticipated which meant we had to stay for two nights. The room was basic. Bring your own pillows; there is not a regular sized pillow in the rooms (it was almost like a square throw pillow). The heat lamp in the bathroom did not work and it was very dark in there. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature, the thermostat was located right under the window which had a terrible draft. It was also extremely dry in the room. Our room key did not work for the second night we were staying; we had to get the front desk staff to re-activate it after being locked out of room. Very basic workout facility, during our stay one of the two treadmills were operable. We had to ask for a breakfast voucher for the restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel. The parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver around in snow. Shuttle pickup from airport was okay, took about 20 minutes on New Years Eve. For quick overnight stay this hotel is sufficient but for multiple nights I'd stay elsewhere.
Nice hotel for a quick stay near ORD. It's literally a couple minutes drive from the rental car garage/mmf building. Room is spacious and up to date. Complimentary breakfast is always nice. Shoutout to Armando at the front desk for accommodating our schedule! We very much appreciate the hospitality!

Overall, I am on a business trip, and the requirements are not high. Hotel rest is OK, it is also clean, WIFI can. Can park. Self-driving is not very demanding on the location.
1. The hotel facilities and services are very good.
2. For the convenience of going to the airport, the hotel provides an airport shuttle service, which is not bad. Every 30 minutes
3. The hotel charges US$2 per bottle of mineral water. This would be better if the charge were eliminated. When staying in many other hotels in the United States, mineral water and coffee are free. Some hotels provide drinking water areas.
Upside was the price of the room and the location. The hotel is on a bus route to O'Hare, and walking distance to the center of Des Plaines. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The property as a whole was somewhat worn, with construction on the pool making a mess in the hall, and some services like the elevator problematic. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, except the eggs were a bit runny.

The hotel is relatively new, the towels in the bathroom don't match, it doesn't look very clean; there is a small business district around, with supermarkets and restaurants, it's quite convenient; simple American breakfast; shuttle to the airport every half an hour. Overall it's OK
It was a pleasant experience and we will stay in this hotel in the future for sure and will also try Avid Hotel in other locations. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was spic and span, the staff was excellent, parking of car was not an issue at all, next to O'Hare Airport and convenient from every aspect.
The room is large,
Booked suite,
The structure and design are very reasonable,
The space is well used,
There is a kitchen where you can cook something to eat.
300 meters next to the target,
And panda express.

HHarry_FellowThe two women checking me in at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The gentleman that was diligently clearing the snow from the parking lot and walkways was appreciated as well! All interactions with staff was pleasant and seemed genuine. As others have pointed out, the pool was clean and the kids loved it. We loved the clean hot tub. The warm sausage biscuit gravy was awesome! I completely understand the public health reason for the grab and go selection, but a warm breakfast was a nice touch in this environment. Typically traveling with a family, the warm breakfast and multiple options is one of the reasons why I choose to stay at a Best Western when traveling. For my level of comfort the bed was so-so and little on the firm side and I could also say that I wasn't blown away by the pillows, as some have either raved about the both or ranted. I slept ok, but my wife didn't. Our sleep assessments are a little different. Overall, the room temperature was well regulated and I didn't hear other guests around me. We stayed in a King Suite and the leather couch was nice touch in the sitting area. Two items I would suggest for improvement. One; add recycling cans. Most hotels now have a recycling can or two in the rooms and if you're going to ”regulate waste” by having soap dispensers in the shower, then you should have recycling cans in the room for the plastic water bottles that you provided in our room. Additionally, with a grocery store across the street it would make sense that guests would stop there and consume products that would have recyclable waste. Suggestion two; in the King suite maybe consider moving the location of the television and adding a swivel arm mount, so the tv can be easily seen when spending time in the sitting area and when in bed area. Overall, I was happy with my stay and I'm sure I will be back again for a longer stay.
