The hotel was in a perfect location, quick drive to park. I checked in on my mobile app, front desk was friendly and acknowledged my Titanium status. Room was two queen on 4th floor, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was perfect, did not make noise. Room had microwave and small refrigerator and sofa had pull out. Hotel was clean and great shape. Breakfast food was good. We would stay here again!
This hotel is it at a convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special shout out to Victoria. She waited on us for breakfast each morning. She was very sweet, energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to please. The beds were the most comfortable beds that we’ve ever slept in away from home. We will definitely return if we are in this area again.
The hotel has a lot of big and small children with a lot of children who are going to the town of Chocolate Town. It’s still quite big. I saw the welcome message on the TV on the room for the first time: I’m welcome to stay at the hotel* I feel very good next time. Will stay again

Perfect location for all things Hershey for fraction of price. Everyone at front desk and housekeeping are awesome. Friendly. They actually appear to like their job !! They would provide helpful info for visit or needs. Free breakfast good - pancake maker slows down line. Would only suggest moving it to end or own separate place for those not wanting pancakes. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Lots of activities and games in lobby for kids and adults. Would stay here again.
Comfortable and clean room. Nice breakfast with more choices than we expected and very considerate and helpful staff. This is our second stay at this particular hotel. My family loves that it is so close to Hershey park and the rate is very reasonably priced.

The Days Inn by Wyndham Hershey was recently renovated in 2024, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Hershey. Elizabethtown Amtrak Station is located approximately 18km away and Harrisburg International Airport around 18km away. Keeping busy is easy, with Hershey Triple Tower, Hersheypark and ZooAmerica all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Hershey hotel features parking on site. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
This property is misrepresented on the website. We found everything in poor condition, dirty, and major need of renovation. The value of these rooms should be $70-$80 TOPS but we paid $325 a night for our room and feel completely ripped off. There were clumps of hair laying around the pool. We were expecting an interior hotel room but got a motel room. It was ground level, leading out to the parking lot and the door was so old it looked like it could be kicked in. We have a two year old escape artist and this was a major safety concern for us. I really did not feel safe. The room had a moldy odor, cracks and holes in the popcorn drop ceiling, full size beds instead of queens, brown smears on the wallpaper, loose electrical sockets, layers of dirt on the light switches, a TV that didn’t work properly, I could go on. It was so bad that my husband said he didn’t care about losing $650 dollars and wanted me to book a nicer hotel upon arriving, but everything was full as it was Father’s Day weekend, so we were stuck and had to make the most of it. Honestly we would have rather been camping. The price they are getting for these rooms is downright stealing. One positive was that the staff was very friendly and helpful, but we would never recommend this place unfortunately.

3349218684The hotel was nice. The pool was small but a good temperature. The pillows were way too soft for me; I had to double them up. The breakfast was very good. They had both hot and cold selection. It's 10 minutes to Hershey Park. I was not a fan of the no room cleaning for 3 days. We were there 3 nights and although our towels were replaced, beds weren't made, nothing was wiped down, only one garbage was emptied. I know a lot of hotels are doing this since they can't hire enough people to properly service all the rooms, but I like the room to be cleaned daily.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is a bit older, but everything seemed in good condition. The lobby is updated (a fireplace in the corner) and nice. The breakfast area is quite large (which they probably need when HersheyPark is operating, but not so much in late Jan when we were there). The staff was very nice & accommodating. The only complaint I have is that they never seemed to be at the front desk. I had to ring the bell every time I needed something. They were all very nice, though, & helped me out with a few special requests, which made up for it. The fitness room was great. There were 3 treadmills as well as other machines. There were some dumbbells as well. Here's the best part of the review... In the room, they had the best hotel invention in years. The clock radio showed the time on THREE sides (the front & each side) so that no matter which bed you were in, you can see the time. That’s fantastic! I've never seen such a thing, but it surely should become standard for all hotels! No more is there an issue where neither person in bed can see the clock well or you have to lean to see it. There were ample outlets & USB ports between the beds, too, which is always a plus. The room layout is a bit odd; the bathroom door is diagonal, facing the bed area, so if someone leaves the light on as they open the door late at night, it illuminates the entire room. The bathroom fixtures were updated & nice, though. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again & recommend it.
MMankusBest night sleep in forever. Loved that there was a king and full in the same room. TV didn't work but we had internet. Good location for exploring the area.
