We were given a smaller room than booked and because I booked from a third party I have to call manager for adjustment. The bathroom door won’t close. No towels in pool area but staff on the night shift were great very apologetic. We squeezed 7 of us in a one bedroom!!!

The hotel is a little far from downtown Detroit, but the surrounding area is relatively safe and quiet, with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. The courtyard room is especially great, you can sit on a chair outside the door and look at the courtyard while drinking coffee and daydreaming (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝), the breakfast is relatively simple. Parking is free, and there is a self-service laundry.

I really like this hotel. Opposite the Ford Motor Company, the hotel helped upgrade to a double bed room, clean and comfortable, there are many pictures of Ford in the hotel, and the swimming pool.

GGuest UserYoung women at the desk were great checking in and conversation. One simple fix suggestion for the room. Throughout the night we heard a ”knock, knock, knock” like someone was tapping on a nearby door. When I woke up in the night to use our bathroom I realized what it was. The hair dryer is on a hook on the back of the bathroom door and when i opened it I heard the annoying sound I had been hearing all night. Take that hair dryer off the hook and put it in the closet and your guests will sleep better.

XXIThe room was clean and tidy, the bed was large, very comfortable, and there was a sofa bed, and the springs were all protruding. Breakfast is good. The location is very close to Ford, and it is also the main purpose of choosing here. There are not many places to eat around, there is a Pizza Hut nearby.
