Lovely historic hotel in the heart of the beautiful quaint town of Concord Massachusetts. The restaurant is fabulous, and the rooms are wonderful especially for the price. Location is awesome; love walking around the town, and it’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Boston.
This is a great, affordable place. Everything is well kept and clean, and staff are very kind and helpful. The location just off the town square can’t be beat. We were incredibly impressed by the attention to public health: air filters everywhere, masks still required in common areas, and carry out breakfast to be eaten in rooms. We felt well cared for and appreciated their efforts. Great place to stay.
The hotel is very quiet and the breakfast is not very good but the quality is good. Coffee is available throughout the day and is especially suitable for family travel, with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The hotel is located half an hour's drive from the city center (if it takes about 53 minutes to get to and from work). The parking lot is big and you don't have to worry.

The Aloft Lexington hotel was a perfect stay for its price. It had an eclectic ambiance full of paintings, neon lights and music around the property. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There is a nice size pool, bar, and pool table to enjoy in the down time. The only reason it didn’t get a perfect score was because of its location. You have to drive to the nearby cities for everything.
The hotel is near the highway, the transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is simple but not bad, the room is comfortable, there is a kitchen counter, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, tableware, etc., can be simple cooking. But there is no view when walking out, there are roads on all sides, and there is no market town.
So impressed with my experience at this hotel. Room is so clean, there’s a free parking garage, and it’s calm and quiet. Will definitely love to stay here again. Rooms are large and the bathroom is more than sufficient. Highly recommend it!
The rooms and staff are fine, but they gouge you if you try to cancel. I tried to cancel by email twice, and no one responded. I called and canceled but no one told me I was being charged a $100 “cancellation fee”, even if I cancelled 8 months before the reservation. I called again to ask about it and was told it was a booking fee, not a cancellation fee, apparently for the privilege of booking a room. When I said I had stayed in plenty of relays chateau in the past and never seen that before, I was told that I could apply it to a new booking. So, I booked a room on a random date next January which I will undoubtedly change when I next need to stay in Lexington again. So, at least 5 interactions to avoid being charged $100. While Gordon Gekko thinks greed is good, I am not sure that applies to the hospitality industry
While this hotel was a little higher price than we normally pay, it was worth every penny. Our 7th floor king room looked almost brand new and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was one of the quietest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, not even any noise from the hallway. The wifi was fast and reliable. There was a small fridge in the room and a microwave available in the lobby/vending area. The walk-in shower and spacious bathroom felt like something from a much more expensive hotel. While there is not any dining or shopping within walking distance, the location is convenient to Boston and Concord/Lexington.
Very good stay experience, breakfast is great, but it is recommended to provide two bottles of water and slippers for each room. The layout of the room is very good, the only downside is that the noise is very loud after the air conditioner is turned on.
The hotel staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with 2 dogs and were happy to pay the dog fee of $50 for our stay (not per day or per dog). When they heard that one of our dogs is a therapy dog, meaning she visits hospitals and senior buildings, they removed the charge from our bill which I thought was very gracious. There was also and enclosed dog park, down the street next to the neighboring hotel. The room was clean, with a huge TV, Wi-Fi was good for streaming without having to pay for the faster option. The exercise room and equipment was clean, spacious, with newer equipment. All in all it was a lovely stay.
