The room was neat and the bed pillows were comfortable. The view was the sea on the right and the bay view on the left, which was great. Breakfast was also delicious. Valet parking is $29, resort fee is $35, and other service charges are added, so it's good to keep in mind that it is actually mid-to-late 200 dollars per night. Except for that, it was pretty good in many ways.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful and accommodating this hotel is! The rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable, all with spectacular ocean front views, and cleaner than any place I've ever stayed. Not to mention the staff (front desk, concierge, room service, restaurant, gift shop, tiki bar servers, housekeeping, etc.) were ALL absolutely amazing! The plush robes in each room was a cherry on top- I wore that robe every time I was in the room lol! Slept with the balcony door cracked every night to be lulled to sleep by the waves as well. The location is perfect - within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, the pier, or the trolley stop. Beach is not in the middle of everything so it's not crowded at all. Random texts from guest services asking if we needed anything were always a little surprise- and if we responded with a text asking for anything at all, they were right on it. Truly one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in....cannot wait to visit again!

We checked in and things seemed to go well. We dropped our things in the room, went out for the day, and then came back to go to bed. I went to pull the covers down and smelled urine. I thought the top blanket must have something on it, so I pulled it off. Then I got into bed which I was sharing with my daughter and smelled urine again. I asked her if she could smell it and she said a little bit. I questioned if it was their blanket, stuck my nose to the blanket, and oh my God, it was so bad we dove off the bed. I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up in gloves to check the whole mattress and bed. I told him he needed to smell it, and finally, he did. Let out some choice words and left to tell the downstairs manager. He told me they were moving us immediately, extremely apologetic, and the manager when he came in in the morning was comping our room for the week. Just not the resort fee. They said this has never happened and how awful they felt. I thanked them for handling it so professionally. However, our toilet stopped working in the second room and I was never able to get maintenance to take a look at it. I did not want to be naggy since our room was already free, so I didn't get annoying. When I went to check out, the front desk people looked like deer in headlights, claimed they had no idea what happened, refused to comp the room as promised, and were completely unapologetic. Acted like they had no idea where the manager was. Who the night staff could have been, who the manager on call was the night it happened. Just completely unprofessional. I was shocked. I was a front desk supervisor for many years at a Hilton. I know how things get done, and this was not how. You know who your management was, you know who was on the night before. For them to act like they didn't know anything about anything was ridiculous. Stick to brand name hotels - this level of service is unacceptable. They are not about service one bit. Guess they are hard up for $1300 over appropriately handling a guests that laid in a bed with urine on it. I held out on my reviews to give them a chance to handle their business correctly, but I still have no credit.
The Beachview Inn Clearwater Beach provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Clearwater Beach will find that the Beachview Inn Clearwater Beach is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is located approximately 20km from Clearwater,Fl- St. Petersburg (STP) and 20km from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Keeping busy is easy, with Pier 60, Schooner Clearwater and Encounters With Dolphins all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Clearwater Beach hotel offers parking on site.
Used in early November. It seems that there are few hotels that come close to the value for money. The water view is toward the sea, so you can see it well, but this hotel itself is not located right in front of the sea, but across the street, so the view of the hotel in front is a little far away. We have children, so we rented a room with two queen beds, but there was a room on the 10th floor. The rooftop bar is also on the 10th floor, so it's a small pleasure to have a light drink and come straight to your room to rest. A large 24-hour Walgreens is nearby. There is also a microwave in the accommodation, so you can cook your own convenience food. The swimming pool on the 1st floor is small, but it's a heated pool, so it's good to relax. However, since the water is deep, it can be a little dangerous for small children to play.
Overall satisfaction, valet parking, clean room, balcony, sun and sea are very beautiful, downstairs is the swimming pool and the hotel's private beach, the hotel will open the nightclub at night, outdoor light show and super-powerful DJ, wine Also okay is not very expensive, cost-effective
My wife and I and our three children stayed at The Avalon Club Hotel and just returned back home last night after an awesome trip to Clearwater Beach. In short, The Avalon Club Hotel was a perfect place for us to stay while in Clearwater Beach. It was very close to the beach, and it was great that the hotel provided us with the beach umbrellas and chairs. It was also a very easy walk to great restaurants, shops, and other recommended spots. The accommodations were awesome - very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views of the sunset over the Gulf from the 5th Floor pool deck. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We very much look forward to our next trip to Clearwater Beach and will be certain to stay again at The Avalon Club Hotel. I definitely recommend this place to other vacationers traveling to Clearwater Beach.
The hotel is not very new, but clean and tidy. The pool and the restaurant on the first floor are very good. The restaurant has live music every night. It feels good to sit outside and listen to music while eating and watching the sunset. It takes about 5 minutes from the hotel to the white beach, personally feel very close, you can borrow beach towels at the front desk. There is a Kurig coffee machine in the hotel room, and the washing is Bath & Body Works. Overall, it is a hotel with a very good price/performance ratio in Clearwater. It would be better if the guest parking is free, now it is 25 knives per night, just go in and out.
Great hotel to spend your weekend or vacation! Comfortable big room, clean bathroom with all necessary amenities, amazing views! There are gim and coin laundry, cafe woth good breakfasts, lunch and cocktails. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding
Great place, Great location, Great staff, Great rooms. The staff we encountered were all great, they were helpful and friendly. The location was great, a really short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The facility was recently renovated and the rooms were very nice, very clean. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and hygienic, the environment is beautiful, and the beach is beautiful. It is very suitable for taking photos of the sunset. The only thing is that the price is a bit expensive.
HheromoonI think the price/performance ratio is very high. Although the hotel is valet parking but the price is reasonable, 20 dollars in and out, breakfast is relatively simple, staying in the two hotels in Clearwater breakfast is relatively simple, but as breakfast is full and not unpalatable , Except for a few hundred meters away from the beach, everything else is perfect! High cost performance recommended
GGuest UserThe service was great. As many other reviewer‘s have reported, the motion sensor lights are sometimes problematic. But the front desk is very responsive. Also the ice machine on my floor did not work which is kind of a thing for me personally. But the hotel itself is beautiful and smells amazing!! While it is not directly on the beach, it is across the street and a very short walk. I would definitely stay there again. The only food I had there was at the outside bar, but it was really really good!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Hiatus for a weekend getaway, and while there were some positive aspects, I felt compelled to share a few important warnings for potential guests. Construction Noise First and foremost, be aware that there is significant construction happening at the hotel. Starting at 6 AM each morning, the noise can be quite disruptive. If you’re someone who enjoys sleeping in or needs a quiet environment to relax, this may not be the best choice for you. It’s a shame, as the hotel has a lot of potential, but the early morning construction work really detracted from our overall experience. Fire Alarm Incident To add to our discomfort, on our first night, the fire alarm went off at 2 AM. Understandably, this can happen from time to time, but what was concerning was the lack of response from the front desk. The next morning we asked the front desk for more information, but we received no acknowledgment of the incident. This left us feeling quite unsettled during an already stressful situation. While the Hilton has some appealing features—such as its location to the beach and amenities—I would recommend considering these factors before booking your stay. If you value peace and quiet during your stay, it might be wise to look elsewhere until the construction is complete.
MMinjieThe room is large, with an open kitchen, pots and pans are all available. In the evening, I bought a steak in the supermarket and fry it. I cooked instant noodles in the morning. The pot is a pan and can't cook too much. The location is very good, going out across the road is the beach. Not far from 60 pier, but not near Wyndham. The 8th floor swimming pool view is good, some children's simple toys and mini bunkers, there is a small bubble pool on the 16th floor, the first day there is a wedding did not go in, the next morning there is no activity to open.
YYINGHUAThe hotel is very good, crossing the road is the famous white beach forbidden area by the sea. There is a supermarket downstairs and there is a place to practice surfing. The rooms are super large and the kitchen utensils are all available. The parking fee is small, and there is a tip for 27 knives a night.
Jjmcfarland84We stayed here for 2 nights following a fun but exhausting Disney World Trip. This was JUST what I needed after 5 days of walking around Disney! We booked two rooms for our family of 5. We had a ”in-land”/city view, which was beautiful in it's own. I dare say there is no bad view at this hotel! The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, at a Hampton Inn! Breakfast was good & simple each morning. As a diamond member, they waived my parking fee which was a nice, pleasant surprise as we did park on-site. We loved walking out the door and having our own private beach. Although it was a small area, it was private so it was nice. We stayed at the beach all day, and the water was warm & inviting. We had two manatees swim up to us one day, and it was really amazing! The fee for two lounge chairs & an umbrella was $20 per day, which wasn't bad considering you had it ALL day long. The sun was really hot, so we mainly used it for storing our drinks, towels, clothes, etc. It was worth the cost for some shade here and there. The pool area was nice as well to use after the beach and the water was equally as warm. We went to the bar in the evenings to have a cocktail and the waiters were friendly, and the wine selection was good. It was a nice outside area to have a cocktail. Everything here was very well thought out you can tell. The staff were nice and the property is VERY well taken care of for a beachfront property. I know how run-down beachfront properties can get with families that put a lot of wear and tear on rooms and public spaces, however this property is extremely clean & well taken care of! I will absolutely stay here in the future- it was a great first trip to Clearwater beach!
GGuest User Our super group of girls came to stay for a night to check out Clearwater. We opened our room door and the overwhelming smell of cleaner hit us. We had to open our door and leave it open for hours to get the smell out. Others would have requested a different room, but we roughed it out. They clean with Fabuloso cleaner, which is very strong. I saw housekeeping pouring a big ole batch into a bucket in the morning. Ugh. We went out to dinner at Salties next door which was good, btw. When we returned, the air conditioner had leaked all over the tile floor. We cleaned it up and carried on. The pool was nice and clean. There’s a great ice cream shoppe on the property. I had cookie dough! Yum. This hotel is across the street and down the block from beach access. The pillows were floppy, shredded junk, but the beds were ok. The shower was good, but there was no view from frosted window. Not sure if I would return.
GGuest UserWas my first visit to Clearwater beach and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was a bit concerned about our choice of hotel but it really exceeded my expectations! Valentina, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful! We had a great view of the water from our balcony and the room was everything we could want, comfortable beds, cold refrigerator, and good air conditioning. We never had a problem with parking the car in the hotel (free) lot. We loved the pool deck, right on the beach. The bands at Shephards next door were loud but when we closed the balcony door it blocked the noise. Actually we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, listening to the music! Everything you need is in walking distance, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, and miniature golf. I wouldn't hesitant to book here again as it's a great value for this location.
