Right away the staff was super friendly and got us to our room quickly. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved having the table that we pulled out and ate a nice dinner on, using the dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Nice lighting options for when you want to stay up while your better half sleeps. Curtain between sitting area and bed. Will stay again if we are in the area!

Clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet, and free coffee all day buffet in the lobby. There is also a hotel with a similar name nearby, which is easy to make mistakes. The front desk says that every day there is something wrong. The surrounding area is not very lively, there are two large supermarkets not far away. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a free bus to the airport, half an hour.

Very close to the airport, we were late for the plane that day, arrived at one o'clock in the morning, the hotel shuttle bus has been off work, call the front desk to let us take a taxi, the hotel is reimbursed, there is a taxi at the airport, so it went to the hotel very smoothly, the original Worried about the situation, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and very satisfied. The hotel is in good condition in all aspects, very quiet, the room is a suite, very spacious, the price is not expensive, self-driving is recommended.

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and experienced many different hotels from a dump to a top rated. This hotel property was immaculate and quiet, our room was spacious and spotless, beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and pleasant. It is conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle is available. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Buffalo. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anybody.

This property is fairly well maintained and the photos are accurate. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall we were satisfied with the visit……. except for the very smelly pair of socks a previous guest left in the drawer near the bathroom sink… that made us gag (room 318). The only other drawback is that the parking lot was very dark and felt unsafe.

The opposite is the airport, but it takes a lot of laps to go around. Fortunately, the hotel provides a free pick-up and drop-off machine, ready to tip. There is a McDonald's at the entrance of the hotel. You can take a quick meal.

GGuest UserWe have booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (king size bed + sofa bed). The sofa bed is a bit different, and rather uncomfortable; the bedding needs to be requested from the receptionist. The room is somewhat small compared with other adjacent Marriott properties, but it has a full-size fridge and was clean. The front desk staff was courteous and promptly addressed all requests. The buffet breakfast was somewhat disappointing (only 2 hot dishes available), but you will not leave hungry. The parking is free. No noise from the planes. Overall, this place is fine for an overnight stay, but for a longer period you may need a larger suite.

GGuest UserBORDER CROSSING! I needed to cross at the border die to Covid restrictions in Canada. The hotel staff at check in and in the morning were great! The morning guy at the front desk recommended a taxi service that was Fantastic! (Frank at Airport Taxi Service) Frank drove me to my Drive-Through Covid test at Brighton-Eggert and back, then arranged another driver to take me across the border. Got my NAAT test result by email in just 40 minutes! Room was clean, etc etc. Due to Covid safety, The boxed breakfast is what it is - Can’t take away points because it’s not their normal business practice. It served its purpose giving me the fuel I needed to stay the day!

GGuest UserThe Hotel is located right at the Buffalo Airport, the hotel was nice and clean. Did not hear any planes overhead, room was clean, beds were comfortable, easy check-in and check out. The TV in room was small and didn't work, but we were too tired to care. The downfall is there is no nightlife in Buffalo, seems everything closes at 11pm. Hard to find food after 11pm. The sportsbar attached to hotel closes too early. If we would return to hotel if had to again. Rates were cheap compared to others in area.

GGuest UserWe live almost 2 hours away, and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites so our family of 4 could get a little extra sleep before an early morning flight out of BUF. We booked a room and parking package, which allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot for an upcharge that amounted to half of what we'd have paid to park it at the airport. Our room (standard, 2 double beds) was not fancy, and the shower was very small, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was in good working order. Best of all, the breakfast offerings were set out early enough for us to have a delicious meal before we left, and our shuttle driver to the airport could not have been more cheerful or helpful. When we returned over a week later, late at night, the shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport within minutes of our calling. We had such a good experience, we've already booked a stay for the night before our next family vacation!
