Close to the airport, 24-hour shuttle bus, very convenient! The room is clean! Good breakfast, omelet and homemade snacks son like it! McDonald's is nearby, and eating fast food is also very convenient.

Double charged me for my room and when I went back they said call back at 4:30pm when the manager is in. Terrible you guys need to communicate to the hotel you take the money from customers. If I had not have noticed I would have paid double. You better hope I get my money back!

Very close to the airport, we were late for the plane that day, arrived at one o'clock in the morning, the hotel shuttle bus has been off work, call the front desk to let us take a taxi, the hotel is reimbursed, there is a taxi at the airport, so it went to the hotel very smoothly, the original Worried about the situation, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and very satisfied. The hotel is in good condition in all aspects, very quiet, the room is a suite, very spacious, the price is not expensive, self-driving is recommended.

The hotel is very new and easy to park. The best Courtyard I have ever stayed in in the United States. It takes more than half an hour to drive to the Great Falls. It's quite convenient, the price is very good, and the sanitary conditions are very good.

Opposite Buffalo Airport, the hotel has a free bus transfer, which is very convenient. The room is large, but the decoration is old. There are car rentals on the side and a McDonald's. It is most convenient to go shopping or rent a car at an attraction. Overall good

GGuest UserThe location is super good, the airport is a few minutes walk, just across the street. There is a car that can be sent directly to the airport. The room is spacious, bright and cost-effective. The next time you come, the fruit will be taken free of charge, but in order to make our country not famine, I suggest that you take it in moderation. You, but my heart is definitely looking down. If you can speak Japanese, I suggest you take more ~~~

TTrippin’Although we didn’t have time to use the pool it was nice to know it was available. We had an easy check in. The hotel was just across the street from the airport and offered a shuttle, so convenient because our flight came in late due to a delay.

GGuest UserThe facility is under renovation. The location is right near the airport so nice if your flying and only spending 1 night in Buffalo. The hotel room was a little dirty when I filed a complaint the hotel was great and accommodating with Excellent customer service i recieved from Kevin and Brooke. Getting the money back from trip.com was a whole other experience. Despite my issues I would book again with the hotel but I will not be booking through trip.com every again. Their customer service is horrible and they have no number to call...you have to communicate via their chat or email.

The other is that the room is not very soundproof and the sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly! I probably won’t choose this hotel again

Yygmm0901Clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet, and free coffee all day buffet in the lobby. There is also a hotel with a similar name nearby, which is easy to make mistakes. The front desk says that every day there is something wrong. The surrounding area is not very lively, there are two large supermarkets not far away. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a free bus to the airport, half an hour.
