The staff was phenomenal to deal with. Everyone was very kind and very professional. The rooms were clean and roomy. Can’t say enough good things about this place for business. Just on the outskirts of downtown, which I prefer. 10/10. Amy, the General Manager, was very accommodating with my Overnight UPS package. I checked for the package multiple times throughout the morning, when it finally delivered - she sought me out and hand delivered it to me. Front desk staff was great all week as well. Great place for business. Amy, if you see this - thanks for a great experience. You have a great staff. Front desk was always welcoming.

Their rooms are clean & orderly. Of course it's not your Four Seasons Hotel. However this hotel is quite affordable ! I was impressed by their camera security all around, trendy colours & interior design - inside the hotel. Tesla supercharger (8) is at the back which was so great for us. I'm planning to have family gathering next year !! Great space

The hotel has everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. It appears new, is very clean, beds are comfortable, and is unusually quiet for a hotel by the interstate.. Has a full service bar, pool, guest laundry, and better than average breakfast. Front desk people are very friendly, especially Val. Decent number of restaurants within a couple miles. Will definitely come back when in the area.

GGuest UserThe booking process was the most pleasant. Arrived at the hotel to a rude reception - it was late, I just wanted the key with quickness, which did happen. Get to the room and on the surface, looked ok. Very musty odor, I think it was a smoking room which is okay - we smoke. Sit down on the bed to find a blood stain. ***** the bed, take it to the reception - girl at the desk literally holds her hands out to the side....like.....GROSS!...and tells us housekeeping is gone for the evening and she has no access to clean sheets - offered no real remedy. So off to Walmart we go to buy sheets. Get back, clean/new sheets in place. We sit back down. I look over and there is a ”bug” crawling across the headboard. I was done. Go back to reception, different girl, very sweet, tells us she will be happy to give us another room in a diff area of the hotel, since we didnt actually ”stay” in the 1st room, no extra charge - okay that's fine. 2nd room was better, still put OUR sheets on the bed. We orig booked 2 nights but the next morning we checked out and told Miss Rude at the desk that we were leaving and would not be staying another night. NOW my $40 a night room has become a $129.00 charge to my credit card. I called today and was told that because the booking was for 2 nights it was MY fault that we did not fulfil OUR obligation! She then tells me...”wait, you were here for 2 nights” I explained that I was in a different city all together the next night and stayed at a diff hotel and can prove it! Then Im told I would have to call back on Monday and speak to a Manager or I could call Choice ”but she would tell them the same thing she told me” and hung up on me. Also, apparently the hotel bar is the place to be on a Friday night and if you like the smell of ****--run on down there! If I could give a -5 review, I would!
