We stopped here for one night on our way to a morning flight out of JFK (we live in southwest PA). Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Exactly what we've come to expect from a Home2 Suites. I would stay here again if we are passing through.

Hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. We had a pet friendly room which was great. Breakfast was included but choices were limited , All the staff except the front desk lady on Sunday evening were very nice, this lady had POOR customer service skills.

I was traveling north and stopped along the way to rest. I got the last room available that night. It was very clean and exactly what I needed for the night. The updated room didn't feel like it was just a coat of paint. I liked the 11AM check out. Having my name on the TV to welcome me was a nice touch. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was the standard buffet but they kept it well stocked. I do wish they'd had orange juice vs flavored water, though. Hotel was not far off the NJ Turnpike and honestly more economical than I expected for being located where they might catch weary travelers (like me). I didn't linger in the area long but I did notice nearby gas stations. Getting back on the highway was easy. Parking is free (no valet) and I didn't feel unsafe. I didn't use the amenities but I did notice a self-serve laundry room. I think it was $4 a load, but honestly so few hotels even have one that it's a great thing to see when you've been on the road a bit or have small children. They also seemed like full sized washers/dryers, too, not those little half sized things some places grudgingly put in. The ice maker was also positioned so I personally didn't hear it at night and though I did hear highway traffic I also chose a hotel near a highway. Not that big a deal. The shades were nice and the temp control worked well. Beds were comfy and there were PLENTY of outlets and charging ports. My only complaints (barely) are that the mini fridge didn't seem to be keeping very cool and the food area for breakfast was a little small/tight. I've had problems with mini fridges at many hotels so I am not much bothered unless it's a long stay. A long buffet vs a U shaped room might help the flow. I'd stop here again.

BbassjwpWife and I stayed here for a night over Labor Day weekend. Pretty typical suburban HIE. Hotel had the lobby shut down for congregating and plastic shields up at reception for COVID mitigation. Check-in was a breeze, and there were hand sanitizing stations available as we left the front desk as well as in the elevator lobbies. Room was very clean and neat upon arrival, although quite hot at nearly 80 degrees. I assume this is due to the fact that they're attempting to limit/eliminate unnecessary access to the guest rooms after cleaning, so they shut the HVAC unit off after the last guests departed. Fair enough. AC had the temperature back to a comfortable 73 degrees within the hour. As previously mentioned, the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The shower had a slow drip the entire stay, but nothing major; we didn't even mention it until we checked out. The only minor complaint we would have is that the soundproofing left something to be desired, as we could clearly hear the conversations occurring in the room next to our well into the night. There was an outdoor pool and exercise room available, but we didn't utilize either. We also didn't see any of the grab-and-go breakfast options on the way out the door, but we departed after 10, so they may have already put them away. We didn't go looking. All in all, a pleasant enough stay. Based on the extremely high percentage of Government license plates in the parking lot, I assume that this location generates much/most of its business through contracts with nearby Fort Dix/McGuire AFB, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

GGuest UserThis is probably the best Red Roof Inn I’ve stayed at. For a budget motel, it’s not a bad choice at all and their rates are really reasonable. It’s an older property with several wings and room entrances are on the exterior. There’s no elevator so be sure to request a first floor room if you need to. The corridors and stairwells are very clean and there are security cameras in the corridors. One of the wings is their sister suite-style motel and there are long-term guests on the property but I didn’t feel unsafe at all, unlike other places I’ve stayed at. The property is very well-kept as the common areas are very clean and the grounds are nicely landscaped. It also appeared well-lit at night. There’s a nice outdoor pool with sun deck and a guest laundry (which is in the corridor between the two motels but I had to wander around to find it as there wasn’t any directional signage). Beverages, including alcohol, and limited snacks are available in the lobby but be aware it’s cash only. My room was adequate and very clean, with the exception of a burn hole on the bedspread. The TV was tricky to fire out and, for some reason, one local channel didn’t have any audio. A mini fridge with separate freezer and microwave are provided. This will probably be my go-to choice going forward.

GGuest UserStaff was very polite and helpful. She was so overwhelming at check in because so many people seem to come in at once but she kept it all together and was very professional. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Kids were a little disappointed because the pool had no water in it for them to go swimming. The room was really nice and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again.

I love to be spoiled. They cleaned every day from what I saw and never let a mess *if there was one* stink up or sticky up the floor/hallway. Carpet was clean as well!! Which is something I rarely see some places.

RrobinsumnersThis hotel is average for the price (cheap). My expectations are realistic, so I will say that the room is small but decent. My complaint is that the hotel advertises ”free continintal breakfast,” but upon checking in, I was informed that there is no breakfast. Yes, there is a disclaimer that states that ”due to COVID 19, some services (including food and beverages) MIGHT not be available.” It is now mid-October, 2020, and we are about seven months into this ”pandemic.” How long are hotels like this Choice Hotel Econolodge going to continue to advertise Free Breakfast when, in fact, there is no free breakfast, and how long are they going to use the Corona virus as an excuse to continue to charge guests the same rates for less service? The hotel's own transaction receipt still states that free breakfast is included in the price of the room. How long would it take, or how difficult would it be to correct the information on the website to reflect the current (and into the foreseeable future) situation? Instead, they prefer to just do nothing, knowing that they are pulling in budget-minded cutomers through false advertising? I am sure that it is profitable to reap the extra cash earned by not providing the promised service and not doing so with impunity. I, for one, do not appreciate selecting a marginally satifactory hotel for my accommodations because they offer a free breakfast only to find out that they don't. Unhappy Camper in NJ

GGuest UserRan into this place while searching for hotels close to Philly but affordable and in a decent area. Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. The big plus is they have a kitchen with a large fridge. Needed that! Saved so much money from having to eat out for every single meal. Will definitely return here every time I’m working in the area.

We had a fire at our home which ended up causing more damage than initially expected, so my family has frequented almost all the hotels in the area. During my experience the woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. And the room it's self was not bad at all. We had stayed at another hotel right down the street which has much better reviews, but we had to change rooms twice during our stay because of the horrible ant problem! If there is any rif raf at night it was me, because with 3 children I tend to get more done (like laundry- they had a nice room right on site) while they're asleep. However, I didn't see anyone else at all outside. That same other hotel with better reviews had a party going on in the parking lot every night. I felt comfortable with my kids being there during this tough time and overall we had a good experience. Hopefully it would be under better circumstances, but if we ever needed a hotel in the area again, this place would be our first option.

Traveling on NJTurnpike, no hotels take pets at exit 3, so here we are. Bed comfy, that's the good. The bad, woman screaming in parking lot ”f this and that”, really fighting with someone to the point I was about to call desk, then a big white van screamed out of the lot and she must have been in it. Because screaming stopped. Dirty towels and rubber gloves on the ground in front of room upon arrival. Big laundry bin sitting on the sidewalk. There was lots of smoke smell in my non-smoking room, and at around 2 am there was a car running outside my window for about 15 minutes around 3ish. Beer bottle left behind and smoke smell starts wafting into room. Cars beeping as people check their locks. Front desk girl in the evening, hmm, I was trying so hard to be extra nice because she seemed so unhappy, but after the commotion, it's no wonder she is not happy working there. The room seemed clean but lots of just oldness. Bathroom, nice new tub and sink, but don't look up or you'll see the mold on the ceiling. This place is just not being kept up, and I am sure that some of it is due to lack of help, but have some respect for your outside property. It looks nothing like your pictures. It seems most rooms were full when we left, so spend some of the money you're making. I expected better, even off the pike.
