Really enjoyed this location. Booked last minute and the rate was fair. Our two rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Your standard home2 suites location. Employees were nice and friendly and there's a lot of stores and places to eat nearby. On the weekends they are a stop for the free trolley into bordentown city where you'll find small shops and cute restaurants. Would recommend if you're in town and need a place to stay!

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler north to south and back on I95, it continues to amaze and disappoint how indifferent evening check in staff at Hilton and other chain hotels has and continues to be. Seriously, does Hilton not provide any training at all? A simple Hello and welcome to Hilton would be a significant upgrade. Shocking. The room was clean and fine except for the bathroom. Upgrades were minimal and the shower not inviting at all. The remnants of the old wall paper on the walls was interesting. Hilton couldn't literally remove all of the old wallpaper. The price of the room was higher than any other area hotel and it was not reflective of the quality of the room or the experience. Back to Country Inn and Suites for much less and comparable stay

BbassjwpWife and I stayed here for a night over Labor Day weekend. Pretty typical suburban HIE. Hotel had the lobby shut down for congregating and plastic shields up at reception for COVID mitigation. Check-in was a breeze, and there were hand sanitizing stations available as we left the front desk as well as in the elevator lobbies. Room was very clean and neat upon arrival, although quite hot at nearly 80 degrees. I assume this is due to the fact that they're attempting to limit/eliminate unnecessary access to the guest rooms after cleaning, so they shut the HVAC unit off after the last guests departed. Fair enough. AC had the temperature back to a comfortable 73 degrees within the hour. As previously mentioned, the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The shower had a slow drip the entire stay, but nothing major; we didn't even mention it until we checked out. The only minor complaint we would have is that the soundproofing left something to be desired, as we could clearly hear the conversations occurring in the room next to our well into the night. There was an outdoor pool and exercise room available, but we didn't utilize either. We also didn't see any of the grab-and-go breakfast options on the way out the door, but we departed after 10, so they may have already put them away. We didn't go looking. All in all, a pleasant enough stay. Based on the extremely high percentage of Government license plates in the parking lot, I assume that this location generates much/most of its business through contracts with nearby Fort Dix/McGuire AFB, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

GGuest UserStaff was very polite and helpful. She was so overwhelming at check in because so many people seem to come in at once but she kept it all together and was very professional. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Kids were a little disappointed because the pool had no water in it for them to go swimming. The room was really nice and the bathroom was huge and gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserSonesta Suites Mt Laurel is an excellent hotel, especially for people with disabilities. The rooms have kitchenettes with full fridge. microwave and stove top, plus the utensils and equipment needed to cook a meal. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean; no complaints at all on that score. The front desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist me due to my disability. I would definitely stay there again.

IiAmAlliCatDecent accommodations. The housekeeping team is really thorough and very polite and helpful. Front desk staff is decent to those who act decent toward them. Lots of upset customers when I’m traveling through so I can see why the staff may be unengaged. Having a Smoking room shouldn’t mean cigarette-burned comforter. Breakfast that’s advertised isn’t true. They only serve 6 oz cups of coffee and that even stops around 9. Steer clear of room 118, long term guests with loads of drama...EVERY EVENING. If you need utensils, don’t bother being polite and asking the restaurant that’s ten steps away from the hotel. You’ll get lectured on how “people” do this often, and how sick they are of it....I just offered to PURCHASE a plastic spoon. I didn’t sign up for a lecture. I had also patronized both parts of the restaurant since being a guest, but the rude manager that came out from the back to ask what I wanted wasn’t aware - nor did I think he cared. Bottom line- there is a Walmart and other restaurants up the road; as well as other hotels. Pick one.

GGuest UserRan into this place while searching for hotels close to Philly but affordable and in a decent area. Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants. The big plus is they have a kitchen with a large fridge. Needed that! Saved so much money from having to eat out for every single meal. Will definitely return here every time I’m working in the area.

GGuest UserThe room was clean not by a lot going on quick fast food restaurants close by. Staff disappointing It would be polite and great customer service to greet your guest with a nice welcome a simple hello welcome to Days Inn would have did it instead I’m greeted awkward stares and upon Turing in my key the front staff was sleep at least a nice farewell instead door cracked and mad he was woke up from his slumber rather have a staff meeting and inform them it’s free to at least be polite even if your going to sleep on the job.
