Excellent
LLombardoThe check in process was painless, and I even arrived early. No issues.
The room itself was nice and clean. I enjoyed the kitchen and it was well-stocked (silverware, plates, paper towels, etc.). The fridge was a bit small, but worked for a short stay. The bed was somewhat comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking.
I did not try the breakfast, as I am dieting, but it smelled good in the lobby area, and it was very popular.
I did not try out the gym, but it looked serviceable. The pool is currently closed for renovation.
IIacobucciNice friendly staff very clean and comfortable would definitely stay there again. Did not try the food had to leave early. Facility was nice I was pleasantly surprised.
GGuest UserThe biggest problem is that the independent heater cannot be turned off, which makes it extremely noisy at night. I didn't sleep well all night and was very tortured. Another problem is that the outbound transportation is not very convenient. You need to find the boarding point at the Port authority bus terminal and learn how to use the automatic ticket vending machine or app to buy long-distance bus tickets (but the number of trains is quite dense), or It cost over $50 to take a taxi. If you don't mind these two points, there is nothing wrong with this hotel.
HHyunjungIt was difficult to check in after arriving at the hotel. The manager finally confirmed it, saying that he couldn't find it when I inquired with the confirmation number and my name I reserved. A hotel employee said, ”This happens a lot,” and asked me to make another hotel reservation site in the future.
However, when I reached the hotel, they charged me again at the hotel on my card. After asking the people at the front desk, they said that the charge on my card was pending and would disappear overtime. Even so, today I realized that the money was deducted from my card.
It is said that the amount approved by the hotel will be refunded in five days, but I am angry because this is the first time.
AalombaI checked in for a one night stay and found it satisfactory. The check in process was easy, but it took a while because I was behind a large group when I arrived and only one person was at the front desk. Once a second person showed up, I was helped, but then they offered me a bottle of water they did not have available. Instead of taking one from the convenience shop, it was just ”oh well.” I ended up getting one later when I stopped back at the desk, so it was not as huge deal.
Room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, well stocked, and had good water pressure.
The only negative thing about the location is the weird traffic pattern at the hotel. In order to leave, you have to drive all the way around the buildings next door. Very odd.
TTed DhanaThe hotel room layout was nice with most amenities needed. Fresh coffee is available all day in the lobby area. However, the room and building interior were a bit aged. There were some stained spots on the carpet in our room.
Fitness room was clean and sanitized but lack of weight machines. There were only some drum bells only.
The hotel location is convenient as it is right next to a big gas station with a convenient store for a quick stop for snacks and drinks. Woodbury Common outlet is around 20 minutes drive. Hotel breakfast was good with variety of hot and cold food to choose from. Temperature control in the room was fine with digital control. Front desk staff was very helpful.
MmoonrainToo noisy, under the highway overpass, it's very noisy all day long. Not recommended. The road behind is impossible to go up. It looks like you can go through the back on Google Maps, but in fact there is a big drop. After staying for 5 days, I decisively changed hotels.
WWilliamThe hotel is right on Rout 4 West and within walking distance to the famous Korean H Mart and a Korean sauna place with a few restaurants at reasonable prices.
Easy to cross the GW Bridge into Manhattan with Lyft or Uber.
Shell station nearby offers food and beverage 24 hours.
Parking lot is huge. Rooms are sound proof.
Breakfast is basic but doable and free flow of beverage 24 hours 7 days.
Shower water pressure in my room 230 is low. Heater is a bit noisy but you can shut it down as the room is well insulated.
PPatricia SangeunThis is a budget hotel; the staff are friendly and pleasant to customers; however, there has been no swimming pool & jacuzzi since 2019, and it was the first time I booked the hotel to stay with my parents for 10 days. Even back then, the swimming pool was under construction 2019, and since then, nothing has changed. There were no proper towels at the fitness center, so the air circulation was not in good shape. The chef at the kitchen had a family funeral, so he took at least 5 days off during labor day weekend:( I had to order food from uber eats online.. finally
GGuest UserAs a family we chose and booked this hotel because it should have a spa area and a pool. When booking, the question was told only after check-in and full payment that the pool and spa area are not active. But we cannot cancel the booking. The cancellation would be more expensive than the paid sum. 3 nights paid nearly € 1200 and that was without breakfast, although breakfast was included in the booking. In addition, it is very noisy in the hotel because it is on the highway. We even in the seventh floor felt that the cars were driving through the room. Room service was from 25.09- 29.09 only once in the room to clean and switch towels, and the one day before departure. We had towels from the holiday we used. In general, the employees were friendly but not helpful. I can't recommend the hotel with a quiet conscience and especially not if you indicate a pool as a criterion but don't get a pool for the expensive price. I can only hope that the review is visible for everyone.
