Very Good
We needed a place to stay that was near Park Meadows and downtown and this location worked out for us. It's newly renovated and our room was nice. As a platinum member, we were upgraded to the King suite and opted for the points instead of breakfast. The front desk was super helpful and very nice, none were grumpy! It's the perfect place if you just need a night to stay and don't need the frills of a bigger hotel. It's in a safe area near a few restaurants. In our room we smelled smoke whenever someone was outside smoking, but not sure if it was due to our patio door not having a good seal once closed, or if it came through the air conditioner/heater. Overall, it's small, quaint, nice people at the front desk, and perfect for a quick stay.
GGuest UserFirst let me say that I normally post very positive reviews but that is not the case this time. Also, I can only speak for the room we were in which was 413. The room was very clean and you could smell the sanitizer when we first walked in the room. It was not overpowering but you could smell it. My issues with this particular room were the bathroom. The lighting was extremely poor and it was not conducive to applying makeup. Also, the shower is not setup very user friendly. The door can swing in or out but it is positioned so that when you turn on the water to warm it up you have to step in and get blasted with cold water. Not something I cherish to have happen. At one point during our stay two out of three elevators were out of order. When we left there was still one elevator that was out of order and had been most of our stay. The front desk staff was not friendly and no one at the desk gave me a warm and fuzzy glad you are here feeling. The best of the staff is in the restaurant and the shuttle driver. Shout out to Kookie, Jessica, Fernando and Jason in the restaurant. They definitely know how to interact with the guests and make you feel welcomed. Austin the shuttle driver was friendly and courteous. I would love to give this hotel an excellent rating but in my humble opinion nothing except the restaurant and shuttle driver are worthy.
5 Stars - Excellent Stay with Great Service and Cleanliness! I had a wonderful experience at LQ DTC. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options, a great way to start the day. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, and I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden near the swimming pool. It made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort and quality service! Great hotel to stay with family. The hotel staff will take care of everything.
LLewisI booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.
GGuest UserEverything about this property is great! From the time we entered to the time we left we felt comfortable. We’ve stayed in some high end places and while their decor is higher end, the service and accommodations are every bit as nice here. We stayed here the last time we were in Denver over 5 years ago and recognized two of the restaurant’s wait staff. Any hotel that can retain wait staff that long is doing something right.
JJohnsonEverything is great nice and quiet no problems easy checking in and no checking out.one of the better hotels in this price range for stays. I don’t think you can get any better especially at this rate. And trip has the best rate around better than their website and bonus groups!

My experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of superb service, luxurious accommodation, delectable dining , and a captivating location made it an unforgettable stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit and eagerly recommend this hotel to anyone seeing a truly memorable and indulgent getaway.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff gave out my private information to random strangers where they asked if I was in fact staying there and what was my room number. This particular stranger asking about me was wearing plain clothes not a uniform, did not show a badge, only identified himself by his name, more importantly did not have a warrant. Information was given out. Without my permission. When I brought it up to management, they said it’s none of their business, they don’t care, that’s my problem, and I don’t have proof of the night attendant relaying it, etc. I said it is your business when you put out my confidential information to the public. I could file a civil lawsuit against extended stay America corporation if I wanted to as per the United States Supreme Court ruling in 2015, I have a reasonable expectation to privacy. Also, that could possibly put my life in danger when the general public asks. Another time, I inquired with the management about why I haven’t received housekeeping in 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. Management said they don’t have housekeepers. Management is tasked with the responsibility as per her job title of staffing her property accordingly. I continued to push back for someone to do it. I paid for it. It’s part of the rate. I already waited almost 4 weeks. Management yelled at me and said quote unquote “clean your own f****** room”. I couldn’t believe my ears. Never had that ever happened to me at any hotel brand including extended stay America. So I responded that I can’t pay you for the week unless you fulfill your responsibilities. The Management said I’ll have you removed out of the room from police. I said go ahead. I’ve been here for over 31 days. According to the law, That makes me a resident rather than just a guest. I have more legal protections now. The management called the police. The police arrived. The police knocked on the door. I didn’t answer as I don’t have to unless there’s a search warrant. The police left without further incident after literally only a minute. Because the police knew this was a civil issue not a criminal issue. When the management realized I wasn’t being removed, the management locked me out of my key card so I couldn’t get in my room. That’s against the law. After 31 days, lockouts are not permitted. Only an order by a judge of the court can order me removed. But either way, I paid for the week because I didn’t want to argue about this topic anymore. I didn’t receive my housekeeping until week 4 following the previous housekeeping date. At the previous housekeeping, it was a new housekeeper who joined the staff. And she didn’t speak fluent English. Spanish only. That morning, the housekeeper walked into my room without burst of knocks 3 times announcing themselves. The housekeeper literally walked right into my room without a heads up. Again law enforcement is not even even allowed to do that without a warrant. But the housekeeper walked in without forewarning. Another situation was after the 3
GGuest UserAfter reading reviews I was very hesitant about booking but let me tell you when I arrived the staff was prompt and accommodating for early check-in ($10 fee.) Girls made sure my room was clean and ready also to the back so I was close to the light rail walking. I am here for a couple weeks and honestly very happy with the price and size of my room but the customer service is the CHERRY!
