Find the Cheap Velikoy Mahallesi Hotels

I called the hotel and explained that I haven't sleep for 4nights moved my father with ambulance from Izmir,don't have any energy to go to Istanbul&desperetly needing a quiet&silent room for a desent sleep,in detail. The room offered to me on the phone seemed reasonable,I checked if the room has a connection or if there are traffic noise etc. in case. I am now stucked in the middle of nowhere with 2 choices; either freezing or not sleeping with A/C noise in fully paid room. They are full and selling the out of order rooms obviously, without concerning guests needs. It is a shame for hospitality business.

Arrived in middle of the night to a very friendly greeting. I have stayed here for ten days and been very comfortable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and everything in good order. Kettle boiled faster than any hotel kettle I've ever used. Great shower, plenty of towels and space for clothes and storage. Everything is immaculately clean and well, maintained. I was dreading being stuck in an hotel for ten days and actually I have felt very comfortable. There is heating and air conditioning but didn't need it. Room had a mini fridge which was handy because I couldn't eat out and had a very specific dirt (vegetarian and soft foods only for a week). Also fridge wasn't noisy! There is a gym, sauna and swimming pool but not open so early in the season. Lovely Turkish breakfast provided with good variety and everything very fresh. Bed extremely comfortable. Little balcony . Very peaceful at night and generally quiet. A word about the staff though. Everyone was lovely and concerned about my comfort. The hotel arranged a taxi to take me to Istanbul for a day and charged £80 which I think was very reasonable. Through no fault of the taxi driver's I went to the wrong pick up point and missed him. He had offered to accompany me for the day but I said I'd be fine and I would have been if my phone hadn't stopped working which left me without Google maps or able to phone the hotel to find out why driver wasn't there. To be clear he wasn't there because he was at the correct place which he and the hotel checked with me three times before setting off. I was somewhere completely different and neither the hotel nor the poor worried driver were to blame for my space cadet moment.So I got a taxi back to Cerzekoy to find a number of missed calls and texts. The hotel and driver were very worried about me and the driver was still at the pick up point when I got back to the hotel 3 hours later. Phone by then was working again very annoying. But the point is the hotel genuinely cares about people and in UK not sure anyone would have even noticed. So in summary I wholeheartedly recommend City Horel for excellent accommodation, excellent professionalism and genuine care and kindness. WiFi was excellent speed and lots of cafes and restaurants next to the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in Çerkezköy, near Istanbul. Approx 45min. I was here on a business trip for 2 weeks and I was very pleased with the accommodation, the service and the food at the restaurant of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and have big spaces with a nice bathroom. All the staff is very helpful and are all English speaking. The restaurant's food is very good, you can find local and international dishes. On top of this there is also an indoor pool and sauna. I recommend this hotel to everyone who will stay in Çerkezköy. I'll definitely come back to this hotel during my next visit.

My stay was for 6 nights in Feb 2022 . This was my second stay in this hotel as the first was in Oct 2018 . Hotel is well maintained . It has a great location and close to Orion shopping centers and different restaurants ; breakfast served was of good quality and variety , front desk team can speak english and very helpful , rooms are clean and spacious , but unfortunetly this time house keeping was not as expected . They need to place more effort than changing towels ,although i doubt they changed it and tidy the bed ... empty shampoo bottles were left for days , dust accumulated , room floor and bathroom floor were not cleaned during a week time .

Bir Koç çalışanı olarak nerede bir Divan görsem öncelik vermeye çalışırım burada da aynısını yaptım. Bir önceki konaklamam Haziran ayındaydı ve odada klima sonuna kadar açık olmasına rağmen oda sıcaklığı 28 dereceleri buldu yani zor bir gece gecirmiştim dün ise tekrar geldim bir şans daha vermek istedim fakat ne göreyim aynı problem devam ediyor hem de yazın ortasında… Resepsiyon sağolsun oda değişikliği yaptı bu sefer de klimadan düdüklü tencere gibi ses geliyordu son kez bir değişiklik daha yaptık bu sefer yine ses vardı ama bir önceki odaya göre bir tık iyiydi. Sabaha kadar 18 derecede full açık olan klima odayı zor bela 23 dereceye kadar düşürebildi. Özetlemek gerekirse: Bu odalar Divan standartı değil ve odaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Bu klima sisteminin değişmesi gerekiyor. Ben muhtemelen bir daha bu otele gelmeyeceğim. Ne kadar resepsiyonda uygun dille geri bildirim yapsam da bu kötü yorumu oteliniz hak etti.. Divan standartına yakışan bir otele evrilmesi dileğiyle…
