GGuest UserBeautiful place very friendly staff brand spanking new very luxurious will defo visit again. We had a great journey travelling the coast from Gelibolu and was heading out to Bulgaria but needed to stop over for the night. Edirne was very dull and wanted somewhere nice Tekirdağ was just perfect. Granbella Hotel was more then perfect and it has swept our feet off the ground!

GGuest UserI was surprised to be asked for the cost that was not on the trip page at check-in, but it was resolved safely after reconfirming. The employees were properly trained and satisfied with the legitimate hotel. And the Asahi seen from the restaurant on the 5 floor was beautiful.

GGuest UserNot a bad hotel by any means but could be improved in a number of ways. Breakfast was unfortunately appalling. We stayed only 1 night and the price was very reasonable. As soon as we got there me and my wife booked in for a massage, my masseuse was spot on but my wife unfortunately was not happy with her masseuse as she did not do the massage properly. The only other issue was when we checked out in the morning the front desk asked me to pay the room fee which I told her I booked and paid through Trip.com which they could not find on their system so after showing her my booking confirmation and E-receipt she had no other choice but to take my word for it but you would think a 5-star hotel would be on top of things like this instead of shamelessly asking customers to pay for a room they've already pre-paid for. Otherwise happy so to say with our 1 night stay.
