The hotel is very beautiful, clean and elegant, its furniture is new and has a very high taste comparable to the five-star hotel, I stayed in Ramada Plaza and I did not find a difference in the cleanliness, hospitality and caring for the guest, many thanks to (Elif) the owner of the hotel with a beautiful smile, which adds beauty to the place, which is reflected in her refined taste With great colors, furniture, and great taste, thanks to Karim and Melek as well as Mehmet Ali for their kindness, high morals and great cooperation with the guests, I hope to visit Trabzon again and definitely this hotel will be my choice. I recommend it and recommend it to all travelers

Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

We stayed in the hotel on August 2 nights. The rooms were clean and large. The bathroom was careful. They welcomed us very well. The room had water heater coffee. As the road was before, help us not to experience the park problem immediately They were. The breakfast was a open buffet and it was enough.

There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

Uzer otel, Trabzon is a small but cozy with clean and tastefully furnished room. WiFi speed was fast and strong. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked food to complement the spread offered on the counter. Staff in dining hall and front desk, namely Abdul Ghaffar were most helpful and attentive. Hotel is also within walking distance to several interesting meandering backalley, filled with quaint shops offering a wide range of products. Walking upwards along these alleys eventually lead to a boulevard with fashionable and modern upscale shops on both sides. From here, the main Square is within sight. What impressed us most, was the quick thinking and action of two brothers/hotel owner Erdan and his brother Suleiman, when my husband realised his passport was lost(probably during our walk to the Square). After making several phone calls, the brothers were informed that my husband's passport was at the Central police station. Both brothers immediately drove and accompanied my husband to the Central police station. Happy to report that the lost passport was collected from the Central police station within the next half hour due to the quick thinking/action of the brothers and the efficiency of the local police. Most of all, many thanks to the kind hearted soul who sent the lost passport to the police station, at the expense of his/her own time . We will be forever grateful to the two brothers/owners of Uzer hotel for helping to recover my husband's passport. THANK YOU

The room is a small apartment, really excellent. The location is not very good, if you want to be in the center then this hotel is not for you. but if you choose to be close to the airport and have parking, then this is the location for you. If we were to go to Trabzon again, we would probably choose another location. The hotel and staff are ok, but not the location. It has nothing on walking distance.

WWolf.hkThe location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall.
The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist.
On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first.
The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

You can find this shop after entering the old town. It’s not usually difficult to find. The hotel, I promise you can’t find it. This hotel is dishonest. I have to swipe my card to pay when I check in. I asked him if he has deducted the money online? He said no. He returned the cash to me after I found the payment evidence online. The bed was too soft and my waist was folded. The room was small and the breakfast was poor.

AAyooshOverall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. GGuest UserBooked nazar as stayed there a few times. Not anymore the place is absolutely filthy . My husband and myself have just returned home after 2 weeks in this hole . They charged £80 for air con only for it not to work .had to wait till late day after for repair but no word of refund . Where do I start . The walls in the room were absolutely filthy . Went for a shower only for it to leak all the way through the bedroom everything wet through . Damp patch up the wall the room stank . When I complained was told all there rooms were the same . We lived out of our luggage for 2 weeks as the wardrobe stank of damp . No drawers to put anything in just a tiny cupboard. We're booked in for September but definitely not staying there cost us another £600 to book another hotel .

I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal.
