she liked it. New hotel with a luxurious renovation. Lovely room, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Beautiful restaurant. Very friendly staff, everyone speaks Russian. Quiet and calm. Acceptable price. The hotel was erroneously assigned a three-star category. The level is higher for sure. Hotel near the sea, 5 minutes walk. I was impressed by the attitude of the staff towards the customers. It so happened that we fell ill and had to extend our stay for 9 days. During all this time, they gave us teas and fresh juices, constantly asked about our health, helped us in any way we could. When it was necessary to call an ambulance, they made every effort and worked quickly. Thank you very much for your care and comfort! Guys, you are the best!

My name is Gaukhar. I am from Kazakhstan, Almaty city. I arrived from Kappadokia yesterday to this hotel. I like everything here. Staff, swimming pool, Turkish hamam, breakfast, discoteq and especially sea. I have met Kevin today. He is destination manager. My room is clean, comfortable and suit. There is everything, what I need. The staff is polite and professional. The food is tasty and fresh.
We spent two beautiful weeks at Berke Ranch for the second time. The whole stuff is amazing, from the Housekeeping, service, night manager to the kind Hotel Manager. They all take exceptional care of their guests and are determined to make them a wonderful time! A special thanks to Figen from service, she greets us with her beautiful and lovely smile each day in the morning and is such a loving person. They offer a shuttle (no extra costs) to the Qualista Beach which is very convenient as you can enjoy the peace and quietness of the nature at the Ranch but have access to the Beach within a 10-minute drive. They also take good care of their horses and the whole plants and the pure nature surrounding the Ranch, which was a very important aspect for us. We book Halfboard as the food is very good, Breakfast Buffet has varieties of origin food and also intercontinental items and a lot of choices for every taste. The dinner is great and they consider my vegetarian request with wonderful care and made a tasty, delicous and fresh menue each day (starter soup, main course, salad and dessert). We reccommend to book one of their Forest Rooms which is only a bit more expensive than their standard rooms (we paid 20€ upgrade fee per night) and you get a beautiful, spacious and bright country style room with a nice terrace where you can enjoy their beautiful surroundings and have a nice glass of wine in the evening. A big thanks to the whole team to make our stay unforgettable and beautiful, we hope to see you all again soon! Anna & Ünsal
First of all, I would like to extend extra thanks to Mr. Murat at the reception, and to Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Tunay from the restaurant staff. Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. Our room was a superior type and was quite adequate, especially the bed was comfortable. However, I would like to mention that during the last two nights, we noticed a smell similar to drain odor coming from the air conditioner. After ventilating the room and turning it back on, the smell didn’t return. Apart from that, the room was quite good. Regarding the food, the barbecue section was particularly excellent. However, the meat in the stews was quite tough and not very tasty, to be honest. The dessert buffet was also very good. The breakfast was quite satisfying as well. However, I would suggest changing the type of sausage that is served. As for alcohol, the variety of rakı was particularly impressive and good. However, when we asked for melon or cheese while drinking rakı by the sea in the evening, we were charged extra. I believe at least a small amount of melon or cheese should have been available, or no extra charge should have been applied. Regarding the cocktails, I can only say they were cocktails in name. They were very poorly made. They use a brand called Gordon’s or GMG for gin. Bottled beer was only available in the lobby; other bars used draft beer. As for Starbucks, I waited in line for 30 people. It can get very crowded at times. However, it was a good idea to have it. The only thing is, I found its location quite odd. It shouldn’t have been placed next to the adult pool. The adult pool is supposed to be quiet and peaceful, but it wasn’t due to the Starbucks. The adult pool is only in name an adult pool. Children enter, and families with babies are present. We complained about this several times, but the staff didn’t deal with it directly; instead, they called somewhere else. Apparently, customers have been getting into fights and causing trouble. When I asked the staff why there were no umbrellas on the pier, I got the same response. I was told that people fight and argue to reserve spots. Several staff members also mentioned that the quality of the guests has declined this year. I can’t comment on that. However, after experiencing an argument with a lady who claimed a sunbed as hers, I understood. I have no issues with the hotel itself, but the guests were predominantly Russians, Slavs, and people from Turkic republics. Sometimes, after announcements in Russian, there wasn’t even an announcement in Turkish. As an expat living in Malta, my spouse and I felt like foreigners in our own country. I suppose, due to their large numbers, the Russians were particularly rude. There were many tourists who didn’t understand the concept of waiting in line. These are not related to the hotel, so I can’t say anything about that. However, I can say that the few Turkish guests we met were in agreement with us on this. In short, I was satisfied with the hot
We had a rest in November, the sea is wonderful, the weather is excellent, during the day 24-28, in the evening 16-20 ° C. The beach is small pebbles, super to dive from the pier, there are no problems with sun loungers, in the bars everything your heart desires (both alcohol and food). The food is tasty, varied, almost around the clock. The room stock requires updating, there was practically no animation. From entertainment: a water park, a swimming pool on the territory without heating, cold. The gym is a C, table tennis (one table), cycling and hiking. It is better to rent a car outside the hotel., as well as a transfer to the airport. I recommend it for lovers of a quiet holiday and good alcohol.
