Trip chosen suddenly but it was one of the best hotels I could have chosen, super attentive and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, a balcony with a view and a machine at reception with free drinks (coffee, cappuccino, tea...) 24 hours a day. Without a doubt one of the best I've been to, repeating 👌🏼

I had a good experience, except in the reservation. I have payed for a king rom but i stayed in a classic room. I had detect this diference when i have made the check out. I complained in curia hotel and the say that reservation was comunicated for a classic room. I hope that you could explain and give me a compensation for this reservation error. The cleaning ladies are very friendly. Carina, who is at the reception, is very friendly and very helpful, in contrast, I only have to point out the staff who were serving breakfast. I asked if I could have a table next to the window, since the tables that were prepared were all on the opposite side, they said yes, that I could take the dishes and take them to the other table. I did so, and sat down at a large table (I had only noticed these tables next to the window). When I went to get food, the two employees, who were always in the middle of the room, told me to use smaller tables. The room was quite empty, and from the number of tables prepared it was obvious that few customers were waiting, who would not use all the tables, as happened. The attitude of these two employees did not sit well with me. They could have taken the trouble to at least indicate the tables they wanted the customer to sit at (at the time I didn't notice the tables because they were on the side). They waited for the customer to change, and, in a law of least effort, they indicated that they had to change tables again. This difference in attitude from the reception to the restaurant makes all the difference in service. Very clean and heated room with regulation. Very silent.

Espaço muito lindo, bem cuidado, instalação com sossego e ambiente relaxante, excelente pequeno almoço. Atendimento com gentileza e simpatia.

Great week with family. Very nice hotel, great location. Evening entertainment with concert by the pool. Address to remember.
