The location is amazing… I stay in the 014 it’s nice but petite a lot of stairs to go up if you have luggage not easy.
The room was to cool when I arrived late.
I could not find any information about internet service and password… I arrived at 00.30 and of course no reception, it’s a self checking that works perfect…
Clean and goo!!!!
O atendimento é simplesmente fantástico! Já é a terceira vez q ficamos aqui. As camas são boas e a casa de banho grande e completa. Decoração bonita e moderna nas áreas comuns do Hotel 👏🏻 Tem sala de leitura

Excellent city centre hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. excellent breakfast choice and good value for money. Easy to locate and very close to the city, quiet area with little traffic noise. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to other friends in Portugal. Well done to the management and staff for operating such a great hotel.
The hotel is conveniently situated for a couple of days sightseeing. The internal junior suite was small & the bed was smaller. It seemed smaller than a double &, therefore, not comfortable for 2 adults. Being internal there is no view which for the price felt expensive. The hotel is tastefully decorated & would benefit a comfortable bar. We found an area near the breakfast room which had lovely sofas but no bar. For a hotel of this standard, this facility is massively overlooked. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. A small area consisting of some cold meats & cheeses, yoghurts, small selection of breads, cereal & cake. A small toaster is provided. The only hot option was a tin of mini hot dog sausages floating around in a small tray!! I have had a lot better in a much less expensive hotel. Overall, not bad but definitely not 5* hotel nor experience.

The owner was rude and not helpful at all. The place is dirty, especially the patio with spider webs, dead bugs and bird crap in every table and chair. They don’t update their pages at all. The pictures are outdated, the reservations are’t updated often enough, there’s actual digits missing from their contact information on the door, the tv is has the grainiest image i’ve ever seen, there’s only 2 available power outlets in the whole room( and only 1 close to thr bed), no trash bin, and many other basic problems. We reserved a room with a bathtub, upon arrival we saw there was no tub at all so we asked to change rooms. They did, into a room with a broken ac unit which they didn’t intend to fix. Both rooms had 0 isolation both from light and noise. Woke up multiple times during the night hearing loud noises from the street and the storage up above. If you turn your tv on or have any conversation in your room, the whole hallway hears it. If the tv wasn’t on, I could hear every conversation being had by the guests in the adjacent rooms and the room across the hall. From 7am onwards, there was no way to sleep due to brightness (as seen in the attached photo). The place actually has 3 amazing rooms, but that’s it. 3/17. Every other room looks simillar to the ones we’ve had issues with or even worse. Really don’t advise anyone to stay here unless you want to know exactly which rooms to look for. If you get one of those three, you’ll enjoy your stay. If you don’t get one of those, then good luck.
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. I have the Telpark app on my mobile (in Galicia I use it frequently) and besides the discount they make me I could book the place for all the stay so that when I arrived in Aveiro even though I was complete we had our place stored . We chose a flat with views of the river and we loved to see the moilboats pass.
The hotel is located in a large street near the municipality, the train station, various cake and other businesses. Parking is scarce (it needs to be lucky). The bathroom is shared. There is no privacy. The cleaning is almost perfect (some details have failed). For those who bring a lot of baggage, there are many stairs to climb (no lift). There is a lot of light in the room, which made my sleep difficult. Even so, it could have been better.

Outstanding
This is a fabulous hotel. Part of the collection of small luxury hotels, it lived up to its name. Our room was clean, quiet, with a historic decor yet modern amenities. Central location to the historic sights in Aveiro, and a short drive/Uber/taxi to the seaside towns of Costa Nova and Barra. All aspects of our stay were top notch, including the room, reception, concierge service, housekeeping, restaurant, pool, and spa. Complimentary mini bar and bottle of Reserve Port on arrival! We felt pampered and well rested at the end of our stay. I feel the room price was fair for the quality of services that one receives at this hotel.
GGuest UserA wonderful room with a great bed and two sticky coats and I have a problem with the column, I have been sleeping very well. The toilet is small but there was no problem, the shower effect is huge and the Azzaro amenities formidable. The top roof at the end of the day with view to the channel and a drink is top. The breakfast is wonderful and nothing is missing, natural juice, fruit, tea, coffee, yoghurts, mexed eggs and bacon, various breads and croissants, different sweetness, that's what was served to me at the table and we fight the waste of buffets, At least in the small hotels where it is clearly unjustified. Congratulations to the collaborators who crossed with me, all professional and sympathetic. I recommend and will certainly come back. Thank you
Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by Diana & Catia. They offered our friends and us a free room upgrade which was so kind. The rooms were themed. Our room was a classic decor and our friends' room was modern deco. Very comfortable beds and linens and the bathrooms were opulent! Both rooms had views of the canals with the colorful boats sailing up and down the canal. The breakfast was tasty, with many choices. Afternoon happy hour and snacks served by the friendly barman Ivo, made us feel like we were family. We needed a ride to Porto (about 1 1/2 hrs from Aveiro) and the Hotel recommended the very professional services of TaxiGlenn. Out of all the accommodations during our 5 week stay, Hotel Moliciero was by far the highlight stay for us!
GGuest UserI am really surprised to have seen a few negative reviews about this hotel and especially about the service. We had an excellent experience and we found all the staff - Front of House, bar staff and housekeeping were great. The Front of House staff always greeted us with a smile and did whatever they could to help us. We couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend Melia Ria and it will certainly be my first choice when I return.
GGuest UserI stay at the Hotel for two nights in March, I have some issue with my check in and request to talk to the manager Mr. Filipe, and he refused to talk to me, this is the first time that I request to talk to a hotel manager and he refused to listen to my issue, and at the end I found out that he is the Owner of the hotel, I don't really think this young owner is ready for the international travelers, his attitude is very rude and unfriendly. My 2 stars are giving to the front desk staff Ms Lilia, I name her Miss Yes, whatever I ask her, she always have a friendly smile, and say yes, yes, very welcoming, and also the breakfast staffs, they are very efficient ,friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the owner is so rude, so I won't go back again even I visit Aveiro . By the way, the communication is terrible too, I message them more than 5 times before I go, but they never reply. That's why my check in have some confusion occur. Unfortunately the owner is so rude, so I won't go back again even I visit Aveiro .
CCHEGoing to the central area takes about 15 minutes There are not many restaurants nearby, and it is good to have a Brazilian barbecue. Hotel decoration is good, quiet and comfortable
XXUEGANGThe hotel is very close to the train station and it takes less than five minutes to walk, but the train has no sound that affects sleep. It is a kind of hotel that is not luxurious but very warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The price is high, probably because it is the tourist area. This place has a town called Venice in Portugal.
A large hotel in the centre of town close to just about everything. It is a bit old fashioned in many ways, with its late 60s décor, thick carpets and wood panelling but that’s all part of its charm. We did have a problem in the bathroom of the room that we were at first given, but after the duty manager saw the problem he swiftly made arrangements to offer us another room, which turned out to be a suite with two balconies. The bed was super comfortable, but we loved most especially the restaurant, both for the ample breakfast and evening meal, which was exceptional value - table service, pristine white tablecloths and napkins, waiter service and three courses with a bottle of wine included for just €12.50 -incredible value. If I said old fashioned, then turning the clock back to experience the way things used to be done, as the norm, was really appreciated.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We changed our location less than 24 hours before I arrived, they did not send access codes until I complained, the check out put that at 12:00 on the trip Mail but when we returned to our things after breakfast we couldn't enter11. 20), less bad than one of the cleaning girls opened us and we could get things out.
In short, the site is not bad, especially the location, but if I book 2 months in advance I don't want to be at last time setting things.
