Die Speisekarte des Hotelrestaurants könnte umfangreicher sein, ebenso das Wein-Angebot. Die Kommunikation im Hotel in der englischen Sprache u. dem Hotel-Restaurant teils auch deutsch. Wünschenswert aus meiner Sicht mehr Personal mit Deutsch-Sprachkenntnissen, auch wegen vielen deutschsprachigen Gästen. Im Hotel befindet sich eine Bowlingbahn, was man bei der Zimmerwahl berücksichtigen sollte, Das Hotel verfügt über eine TG. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Service attitude is very good

Il titolo della recensione e la valutazione sembrano in contraddizione ma il motivo è che se anche ho avuto qualche problema, questo è stato risolto e siccome se dovessi tornare sceglierei di pernottare nuovamente in questo hotel, nonostante l'aria condizionata nella stanza non funzionasse (cosa per me molto importante ma mi hanno cambiato la camera), ecco che la valutazione si riferisce al complessivo e non al singolo episodio spiacevole; il Centro è raggiungibile a piedi, il parcheggio dell'hotel è all'esterno sulla strada ma con posti riservati, la colazione è buona. Migliorerei la comunicazione all'interno dello Staff.

We stayed in the Mercure right in the old town centre of Opole. It was a nice and quiet hotel. The bathroom was a bit outdated but still functioning perfect. The staff was friendly and you can park your car in front of the hotel. Don't forget to pay though..
