A good hotel on the outskirts of Krakow. 10 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes to the airport. The room was water, tea, tea and coffee. Nearby, across the road - McDonalds.

The location is not good. new. health. There are two Q hotels, the location in the city is very good and new. On the first day, I lived in the city of Q pulls, and then set another day online. I didn't see the wrong decision.

Very close to the train station, the surrounding is relatively desolate, the picture is close to the airport, early flight is convenient, accommodation conditions are good, very clean, the price is cheap!

Hotel is pretty decent for the price.
In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

When we got to the room everything seemed ok, then we noticed:
1- Hole in the roof, it is not clear where it leads but in the background in the evening you can see a light.
2- Bathroom radiator not working.
3- Room radiator works but is damaged.
4- When you are in the room, they never come to clean.
5- When they clean, they do not sweep the floor or anything, it seems that they fold towels and make the bed + water supply.
Generally speaking for the cost, it is ok.

Hotel ok but cold. Heat cannot be set, it was heating all the time and it was so cold. A few stays at this hotel as long as it was warm is ok, winter is not. I choose another hotel.
