GGuest UserWe've been coming to the area for years and decided to check out this hotel which only opened last year. In short, it's amazing! Located directly above the small town of Szklarska Poreba it's a bit out of the way for most tourists but that's fine with us. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The spa area is spacious and you can find bathrobes and slippes in your room. We choose the half board and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty and no wishes were left open. We had a mountain view superior suite with 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony - amazing views and an amazing room. Two minor complaints are that the balcony does not have any railings between the rooms and everybody can walk up right to your windows and look into your rooms. Also, there is not enough parking space, you should definitely book that in advance. We loved our time there and will definitely be back. Radisson members get free water bottles in their rooms, so it might be a good idea to join.

GGuest UserGeneral issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…

The sports equipment was partially defect and not properly used.
Otherwise we liked everything very well!

AAdam TomaszIt is a nice place with a nice view. You can see that the rooms are very well exploited when on one side of the rooms are quite new, however, it is already destroyed. The broken shower probably didn't hold such a movement :) There was no elevator and no access to the cage for the carriages - with the yearly child it was a kind of obstacle. In general, I can fly this object, but it has its mankaments.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a beautiful area. With the restaurant, the panoramic view of the mountains.
Food is very good, the service is nice and vigilant.
The pool is impressive, though it's quite small.
Unfortunately, low availability of parking spaces, with large coverage it is hard to find a place.
Besides, the hotel is clean, well-careed, interiors renovated and aesthetic.
