Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly.
Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered.
The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

The waiters were very nice and nice. Helped to call a car, wash and iron, and allowed me to continue to take a nap at noon on the day I left the shop. I didn't check out until 2pm.
The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night.
That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.

Upgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

When I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.

nice place to relax near the airport if your catching early flight the best place to stay, over all was good a short staycation for few improvements should be check the hot water first and prepare toilet slippers , i'll be checking again for sure thank u

Fourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

Mmiyzonesmy go-to nearby hotel from my home when im in need to unwind! very accessible and near to sm aura, market-market, bgc, and palengkes. there’s also a pink themed coffee shop nearby when you go down the street of target range (yappari coffee bar)
hotel staffs are really accommodating just got a few prob with the listed below:
1.) room - the cabinet doors are broken and there’s also a mosquito in our room but im fine with it because they gave me my requested room of nice view and near the elevator
2.) check out process- they told us to wait for 5 minutes for room checking but the real wait took longer than expected, 1 hour and 33 minutes to be exact! my first wait when i checked in this hotel also took about an hour
but overall experience is as great as usual, would definitely go back again!

YYuanThe hotel is in a very good location in BGC. Super convenient to explore BGC. During my 6 night stay, besides the business activities, I manged to visit the Mind museum, Thai massage (twice!), pedicure, hair styling, and the massive Market! Market! twice. There are numerous restaurants of all sorts of cuisine within short walking distances.
The room is very spacious. The bathroom is massive as well. The bed is very very BIG and comfy. It provides filtered water every day. The breakfast is fantastic with so many choices, especially for someone coming from the Europe. I particularly like the noodle soup cooked on demand. I had that every morning, with different types of noodle. They also make fresh omelettes on demand.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming, which I used it several times in the early morning. Pool was never busy at all, maybe I was quite early at 7am. There is also a mini gym, which I used one to run on the treadmill. I like both facilities.
The staff members are all very nice, and ready to help.
If I have to point out one reason the hotel can improve my experience, it is the lack of floor/table lamp near the desk in the room. I was able to work on my laptop, but a lamp providing extra light will help.
Also one must notice BGC is not an average place in metro Manila. This is the posh part of Manila. If one wants to truly experience Manila, then maybe should consider alternative places.

FFrancis C.There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

The only thing that I think they can improve is the communication from one staff person/team to another. I had requested for a late checkout at 6pm (with a fee) because I work late/odd hours. By 3 or 4pm, housekeeping staff were already banging on my door to clean the room so I had to tell them that I’d arranged for a late checkout. It happened twice and I didn’t appreciate the disruption. They should setup a system to ensure their staff know which guests have a pre-arranged late checkout and who is simply late.

1. Check-In and Reception: The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to detail. They kindly requested our valid IDs for booking validation and provided a brief overview of the hotel’s policies.
2. Room Quality: I booked a twin-bedroom room located on the Lower Ground floor (L3). The room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, although it lacked a window. The bed was comfortable—neither too hard nor too soft—with two pillows per bed. The room also featured a flat-screen television.
3. Amenities: While the hotel offers good facilities, there are a few areas for improvement:
- Parking: The parking lot is limited, with space for only about 10 cars, depending on their size.
- Breakfast and Dining: There is no free breakfast or hotel cafe, which would have been a convenient addition for guests.
- Complimentary Bottled Water: It would be great if bottled water were provided for guests without additional charges.
4. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the city. It’s just meters away from Bonifacio Global City, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

My stay at the brand new One Uptown Residence was amazing! The location is unbeatable, right across from the newest shopping center in Bonifacio Global City, Uptown Mall. It's incredibly convenient with cinemas, a large supermarket, a food court, and plenty of restaurants and shops all nearby. Uptown Parade and famous clubs like Valkyrie and Pool Palace are just a short walk away, making nightlife easily accessible.
If you're attending an event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, it's also just across the street, so you can walk there effortlessly. The building’s 6th floor features a fitness and leisure center, offering a gym, yoga room, outdoor swimming pool, billiards room, lounge, children's play area, and a scenic garden—perfect for all kinds of activities.
The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, with clean and comfortable bedding. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this is the ideal place to stay in Manila. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe address is not clear. You have to call to ask which room you want. The landlord has never shown his face. There is no breakfast. The room is not cleaned. There are no toothbrushes or combs. It is a purely self-service hotel and not suitable for long-term stays. There are cockroaches in the house. The air conditioner is very loud. The Internet is very slow. Poor, the price is high and the price/performance ratio is low.
