My flight got canceled in CDO and the airlines I booked with placed us in this hotel. I was honestly disappointed at first because I had a very bad experience here two years ago. But, it has apparently improved by a huge deal since. The staff was better, the breakfast was a buffet, they had brewed coffee, and the coffee shop was pleasant. I guess pick a room with a balcony. It is so much better than the one without. This reminds me of the glory days of the old Cagayan de Oro

Its a pleasant stay. The staffs are very nice, they even booked us water rafting to the company that offer such. Our room is very spacious and clean. Though we wish they atleast provide free bottled water for the guest as most hotels do. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We will π―% recommend this hotel.

friendly staff, good location. I didn't find any plates and glass and a kettle in the room, but the room was clean. There were cockroaches twice, but I destroyed themπ There is air conditioning and hot water, but sometimes it's noisy outside the window. For this price, the hotel is great. Wi fi also was ok.

The location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

DDonato_D_ExplorerAt the lobby/reception- we were welcomed from the point we took our luggage out of the cab. Thanks to the man, security personnel who helped us. Checking in was very smooth and all details were well explained by the receptionist. Requested a room with HI-SPEED internet and yes, we were placed in a very cozy room. Room- perfect and amazing; with complete utilities. Clean and with a very comfy ambiance. Breakfast- this is a 4 star breakfast. And, thank you to Amor and Precious for being so accomodating. I was offered with coffee even if the breakfast was over. They offered me to clean the room which I politely declined because I am doing some important stuff. Still, they offered to change my pair of towels and additional utilities for the day. Great service ! Sure will be back here!

GGuest UserThe Great: all the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and salute you by holding their hand over their heart. The staff really tries hard. Great common area environment. Great pool. Excellent maintenance. When I was running late, and breakfast buffet was closing, the restaurant called my room to see if I wanted to eat; They kept the buffet open for me. You don't find service like that everywhere. The Good: safe in room; mattresses a little hard but okay; shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, extra TP roll included; phone in room and bathroom; hangers in closet; refrigerator in room; bottled water, coffee and tea supplies in room. Only one grounded outlet in the room, but was at the desk, so was able to plug grounded computer outlet in. I was not able to verify outlet near sink was GFCI protected. Bidet. Western style toilet; entire room and bathroom were clean. I was happy that even though I hadn't used both bottles of water before house keeping came, they added 2 more bottles per day. As everywhere in PH, don't drink the tap water. The Bad: The room was a little sp**** and lacked the high-quality aesthetic and art that the common areas have. There were no hand towels or washcloths. The TV did not work (I did not contact Front Desk to resolve the issue, but I am sure they would have). Shower handset needs updating. Tip: Don't trust GPS to get you here -- Google Maps has road names wrong. Trust your driver. Call and book directly with the hotel to get discount rates-- not available on agoda, or CapitalOne Travel, etc. I would have extended my stay, but they were fully book the next days. I will definitely be back! Note to management: to become 4-star, improve mattresses, improve room asthetic, improve AC on 3rd floor common area, improve shower area and include wash cloth and hand towels.

CClenton AllisonStaff was great they arrange wash my clothes for 200 fpf and repair hole in my pants. Toilet had toilet seat I wash my body on that seat. They have cold to hot water shower wand with 4 settings for temp.
Room small but great for the price. Aircon was cold if you wanted that. TV and power switch. The street noise is loud but I sleeped ok. No elevator just stairs. Del Monte pineapple factory across the street but was quiet to me.
Jollibee is 10 fpf jeepee and Chow King is before Jollibee under overpass that street to mall. About hour and half drive time by taxi. But you can take busses to Davon and other places

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good. Less than 5 minutes walk from Gaisano Mall. Easy to check in. Room is okay that is enough for 2-3 days sleep. Price is good. They have towel,soap and shampoo. Also have TV and fridge. You can ask for a hairdryer if you want. They have water dispenser on the hallways which is very good! It would be nice if they have cups for coffee.

AAlex 13friendly staff, good location. I didn't find any plates and glass and a kettle in the room, but the room was clean. There were cockroaches twice, but I destroyed themπ There is air conditioning and hot water, but sometimes it's noisy outside the window. For this price, the hotel is great. Wi fi also was ok.

GGuest UserYou need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and itβs beyond my expectations. when we arrived itβs almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesnβt let us in because we donβt have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasnβt expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and thatβs all,but itβs totally different. And so, thatβs the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think sheβs nice and considerate, and again I thought itβs free parking because thatβs what trip says haha but itβs not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so itβs really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all itβs a nice place.
