"Excellent hotel. Not big, but this is a huge plus. The lagoon is amazing, like in a fairy tale. No queue for sunbeds and breakfast. Clean, the staff is responsive and friendly. The location is far from all excursions (I had to fork out for the transfer), it is about 2 hours to the port. The cost of a massage at the hotel is 600 peso (they try, if you ask). Since there is nothing decent nearby in terms of food, we ate only in the hotel restaurant. There is a choice."

"Very peaceful. I snorkelled at front of resort, have to swim a fair distance out to hit reef as mostly kelp till you get to the buoy. At that point it feels a bit sketchy if you’re alone as I was, but there’s def some interesting things to see. Lots of blue starfish, clown fish and saw some puffer fish among many others. Resort is 8km from Anda town which hasn’t really got much going as far as food options go. The food at the resort is decent with enough variety. I booked the room facing the ocean, good view but if you’re a solo traveller all the pluses don’t justify the price of 6000 peso a night. If you’re a couple and want a peaceful romantic getaway where you don’t want to leave the compound this is more suitable. Staff are nice and helpful in restaurant, Richard at dive centre was helpful. The English guy who runs the dive centre doesn’t seem too interested in you if your not signing up for one of his dives. "

There are several professional diving instructors in the hotel's diving club to teach diving. The hotel's boat is going out for diving three times a day (for a fee). As long as ten minutes of boating, both my husband and I participated, seeing turtles and many fish and corals, regret it. In Panglao, I wasted time to go to Baricasa. There are many similar faults and corals on the bottom of Anda, so I can see a lot of things and the one-on-one coach here is very safe. Many guests are diving two times a day. However, this resort is located in Anda, two hours drive from Tagbilaran, renting a car from Tagbilaran to 3000P, we have a car park from Panglao to play the Butterfly Garden, the tarsier reserve and the Chocolate Hill total 5000P fare. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it. It’s not comparable to Panglao ALONA. The beach is white and delicate, and the sea is quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for families who like quiet vacation.
