During my recent stay, I was disappointed to find no breakfast buffet, but instead plated, the lobby no air-conditioning open, , the common restrooms were not lit and no bidets in the bathroom. Despite checking in late at night and requesting a brief extension, this was not accommodated, forcing me to check out before 9 AM. Additionally, I was required to provide a deposit of P 1500 even though I had fully paid in advance. This experience was far from satisfactory. π’

Looks better in the photos than in person. The room smells musty and lighting is dim and minimal. Housekeeping services are by request only. Cable was poor and static until I fixed it. The Hotel is old and antiquated.. The restaurant in the pictures, is closed and no longer exists. The promo photos on the travel booking sites, don't even come close to reality. There's a reason the rooms are cheap! Absolutely no amenities except free Wi-Fi.

Instagrammable place; nice buffet; but cleanlines of room- smudges on bathroom mirror and glass door ; yellowish toilet bowl and floor tiles of the washroom; even found a spider on floor of the room; smell of molds on the first room they have put me then transferred to the room where i found the spider- both rooms have dirty washrooms!
Anyway- apart from those complimentary requests were quick and responsive!
