Find the Cheap Colon Hotels

Soy cliente multirepitente El hotel muy bueno de 5 estrella la única queja que tenemos es con el mal trato de la Gerente de recepción la Señora de espejuelos que es la jefa ya que sus malos tratos hacia nosotros han sido reiterativos somos Cubanos y vamos 2 y 3 veces en el mes, es cierto que nos llamó la atención la primera vez y de ahí para acá no nos hemos portado mal ni hemos violado el reglamento del hotel pero su mala cara y su mal trato nos ha llevado al extremo de no querer regresar, por ejemplo en el mes de enero dormimos 4 noches en una habitación en el 4to piso con problema en el aire acondicionado dicho problema certificado por el de mantenimiento del hotel a las 12 de la madrugada y no nos cambiamos por qué estábamos cansado al extremo, en la mañana siguiente salimos temprano a una reunión apurados cuando regresamos planteamos el cambio y nos dijo que no por qué no le dio la gana dormimos empapados en sudor,nuestro grupo encantado con todo el personal del hotel dígase recepción personal del Restauran muy atentos, camarera personal de seguridad ect y muy disgustados con esta señora que lo mejor sería de nos dijera de frente que no nos quiere más en el hotel como una más de sus amenazas espero que esta señora cambie el trato con los Cubanos o con nosotros eso esperamos y queremos seguir viéndola a usted ahí pero con mejor trato en un final usted sabe que no somos malo no es verdad ?

I booked this hotel for one night as it was very close to cruise port and just needed a night before joining cruise - I booked over one month prior and PAID IN ADVANCE - I received an email verifying payment and stating the room was ‘fully guaranteed’ - After traveling that day for over 12 hours, upon arrival we were told there was an electrical problem and they would relocate my husband and me to another hotel…. They just needed some time to locate the new accommodation…. Now….. If there was a known problem why would they not have already made arrangements??? The two females kept smirking and giving each other the side-eye so something just seemed ‘off’- I produced confirmation of payment and said I would let company I arranged reservations with know about the problem and they then quickly ‘found’ a room at the hotel where I booked…. The young man who brought up our luggage was accommodating as was wait staff at restaurant where food was good - bar staff seemed put out when we ordered ‘two Chardonnays’ and then said she couldn’t make a martini so we didn’t stick around - My husband was so uncomfortable he barricaded the door with suitcases and chair while we slept- We are in our sixties and have traveled quite a bit but I must say this rates as one of our most unpleasant stays -

Good customer service, spacious room, super quiet location, super large beds highly recommended I have no complaint Demi stays and the price is affordable, the attention is super good and attentive
