The staff here is truly outstanding. They were warm and welcoming and so helpful with all of our questions about the area and the Netherlands. The room and the property are lux and very comfortable. I paid for the deluxe room upgrade for the bathtub and was absolutely not disappointed! The room is thoughtfully stocked and quiet. The breakfast was also delicious and, again, outstanding service. It’s very close to the train station and a short walk from the old town. Definitely recommend!

A lovely small hotel in a residential area. Parking aside the street at no charge. We came to Zwolle as a stopover to Assen for watching the 2024 Moto GP race. We were received friendly and with all our reservation data already on the record. The room was tidy with a nice view to the cozy garden in the backyard equipped with tables and chairs. A shower and WC in a small seperate room, a double basin in the room. Everything in perfect condition. At the he ground floor you'll find stylish enchanting, a little colonial looking furnished rooms. A bar that would perfectly fit into an English pub, a breakfast room that breathes a silent taste of noblesse. The breakfast offers averyrhing we were used to being frequent travellers around Europe. Prive/values fit into our budget, the service just perfect..hence we make a clear recommendation: come here and get mesmerized.

Generally speaking I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is good close to rhe station and the park and the city center. Breakfast was excellent in a nice spacious dining rooms + veranda. Staff was correct and helpful at most times. Room was OK in size. Most my comments relate to the room: 1. No air conditioning, the small cooler they provide is not effective enough. 2. No drawers and shelves to put the cloths only hanging...not practical not satisfying when staying for a week duration. 3. No basic vanity kit nor conditioner in the bathroom...really not suited for a 4 stars hotel. I had to buy this stuff. Can't understand this kind of stupid negligence (I did ask in reception for conditioner and they confirmed they don't provide it....). 4. Poor TV offer of channels....not so critical but still .... 5. Room service shuts down very early in the evening so what's the point of it?

Velmi milý personál, pokoje dostačující, snídaně výborné, bylo mi zajištěno bezlepkové pečivo i bezlaktózové mléko, na poslední brzký odjezd přichystali balíček opět s rostlinnými, bezlepkovými a bezlaktózovými potravinami, odcházím velmi spokojená, děkuji. Very nice staff, adequate rooms, excellent breakfast, I was provided with gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk, for the last early departure they prepared a package again with plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free foods, I leave very satisfied, děkuji.

Second time staying at the hotel, very clean and tidy. The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear the shower in the next room. Also, some coffee and tea packages were missing in the room, and it was too late to call in for a refill. Overall, a very nice hotel, and I will visit again!

The staff here is truly outstanding. They were warm and welcoming and so helpful with all of our questions about the area and the Netherlands. The room and the property are lux and very comfortable. I paid for the deluxe room upgrade for the bathtub and was absolutely not disappointed! The room is thoughtfully stocked and quiet. The breakfast was also delicious and, again, outstanding service. It’s very close to the train station and a short walk from the old town. Definitely recommend!

高高The hotel is located in the northern part of the Netherlands. There are relatively few Chinese people. The hotel is a pure business hotel. Breakfast is 6:30-11:00, but some business people go to the restaurant to talk about things at 9:00. It is busy during the day and the restaurant is great at night. The price is not expensive, and the characteristic is that it is only 32 minutes away from Venice in the Netherlands: Giethoorn is only 32 minutes, it is worth staying, ting c

GGuest UserGenerally speaking I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is good close to rhe station and the park and the city center. Breakfast was excellent in a nice spacious dining rooms + veranda. Staff was correct and helpful at most times. Room was OK in size. Most my comments relate to the room: 1. No air conditioning, the small cooler they provide is not effective enough. 2. No drawers and shelves to put the cloths only hanging...not practical not satisfying when staying for a week duration. 3. No basic vanity kit nor conditioner in the bathroom...really not suited for a 4 stars hotel. I had to buy this stuff. Can't understand this kind of stupid negligence (I did ask in reception for conditioner and they confirmed they don't provide it....). 4. Poor TV offer of channels....not so critical but still .... 5. Room service shuts down very early in the evening so what's the point of it?

GGuest UserA lovely small hotel in a residential area. Parking aside the street at no charge. We came to Zwolle as a stopover to Assen for watching the 2024 Moto GP race. We were received friendly and with all our reservation data already on the record. The room was tidy with a nice view to the cozy garden in the backyard equipped with tables and chairs. A shower and WC in a small seperate room, a double basin in the room. Everything in perfect condition. At the he ground floor you'll find stylish enchanting, a little colonial looking furnished rooms. A bar that would perfectly fit into an English pub, a breakfast room that breathes a silent taste of noblesse. The breakfast offers averyrhing we were used to being frequent travellers around Europe. Prive/values fit into our budget, the service just perfect..hence we make a clear recommendation: come here and get mesmerized.

GGuest UserSecond time staying at the hotel, very clean and tidy. The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear the shower in the next room. Also, some coffee and tea packages were missing in the room, and it was too late to call in for a refill. Overall, a very nice hotel, and I will visit again!

Very nice staff, adequate rooms, excellent breakfast, I was provided with gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk, for the last early departure they prepared a package again with plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free foods, I leave very satisfied, děkuji.
