Excellent hotel. Great service. Price was a little steep so I might have expected more (the fridge didn’t seem to work, TV volume was blocked way too low for example). I heard the breakfast was amazing so we booked it (27,50€/person) but I don’t believe it’s entirely worth it - most of the food is very good of course you get to order freshly made items from a menu (everything was great on that except from the wrap which could have been put on a buffet honestly it was clearly made earlier and put in a fridge and was past soggy) but I feel the buffet could have more things (you have some pastries and bread, a little ham and cheese, granola and some watermelon). Overall again very nice experience just had a few things here and there that we noticed that we challenge more easily when the price is so steep. 7/10 would recommend the stay.

I couldn't sleep all night through the noise of the cars in the highway.
Every day cleaners come to your room but the dirty towels are not replaced! Very bad kiss you don't feel good at all during sleep!
The expectation is behind the desk and there you can only feel warm,
No coffee machine in the room and the water cooker was very dirty!
Nice restaurant but for someone who is vegetarian is not made a lot of choice!
Some staff were lovely but also someone is at the reception that gives you unwelcome feelings!

The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. The staff was excellent. Helpful and kind. For example, Daniel in the dining room fetched breakfast for my 8 year old after breakfast was closed. Michael at the front desk called several taxi companies until he found one that could drive us to the airport at our desired time. Would stay again.

Een hele goede ervaring met de kamer met hond. Ik ben blij dat van der Valk de mogelijkheid bied tom samen met mijn steun en toeverlaat Cozy te zijn . Het voelde als een warm welkom🥰 Ook de momenten buiten de kamers voelde heel goed achter van de Vallk zit het IJsselpark en daar kun je perfect je Viervoeter uitlaten en los laten lopen. Zelfs in het restaurant is er oog voor Cozy om een heerlijke waterbak neer te zetten niets is teveel😄 Dus beveel ik dit hotel van❤️ aan

We verbleven hier een lang weekend met onze hond. Het park oogt rommelig. Verschillende soorten huisjes, waarvan een grote hoeveelheid eigendom is. Ons 6 persoons huisje Leijhoeve had nog het meest weg van een luxe stacaravan. Aangezien we met z'n drieën en onze hond waren, was het best ruim. Maar als je hier echt met z'n zessen zou zitten, was het krap an. De inrichting is mooi en huiselijk. De staat van de bedden en de meubels is erg goed. De enige minpuntjes die wij ervaren hebben zijn: * erg weinig parkeerruimte bij het huisje. Wss. doordat het huisje van de buren een eigendomshuisje was, waarbij 4 auto's / bestelbusjes wel erg ruim geparkeerd stonden, ten koste van onze parkeermogelijkheid. * Het park oogt druk en ligt ook aan een drukke dijkweg. Als je een park zoekt voor je rust, moet je NIET hier zijn. De service aan de receptie was vriendelijk en goed.

Very satisfied, the hotel is very suitable for traveling by car. We rented a car and drove the car to the other side of the children's windmill the next day. Originally, the room rate did not include breakfast, but I didn’t know how to give us two breakfasts, which were also very delicious. Although the hotel facilities are old, but the sanitation is excellent, the surrounding environment is also very good
