Hospitality standards from the staff is poor, lack of emotional intelligence, lack of empathy for the guest. I have never seen where a guest would need to go down to the reception in front of other guests to give his laundry for dry cleaning!!!totally weird. Front office agent Moses needs to undergo more training on how to greet the guest and body language usage when in front of a guest . We are paying, so your staff needs to learn how-serve with courtesy. Your room service staffs are bringing their card machines inside the room to plug to the socket and charge it before taking payment???? Wasting our time till our food got cold and unenjoyable! Even after telling her to come back for the payment so as to eat on time, she directly declined like we were going to run away without paying. Phones are not working properly, when ordering I was told to speak louder couple of times till I started shouting on top of my voice. Total wasted night

It is very close to the airport, and it will be 15 minutes when there is no traffic jam on the weekend. However, the traffic jam in Lagos is very serious, you must allow enough time for travel. The hotel is on a small road. Because of security issues, I didn't go out for a walk. The breakfast is very rich, I like it, and the taste is very good. Overall pretty good.

Visited on business accompanied by my wife. Had stayed here a few times before. Came back after 7 years but the facility appears to have lowered their standards. Front office is not as clean and efficient as expected. The room smelled damp, bathroom had running water but the heater was not working. Room service was below par. Meals were average. Overall,the neighborhood is quiet,the facility in good state. Service quality and employee etiquette needs to be improved. Will not return until service quality improves.

PPragmatic personMy experience at the hotel was great! The food was good….healthy and tasty. The service was satisfactory from each and every service personnel and staff. When I make a complain, they attend to it immediately and see that the problem is solved. The facility looks new external and internally. My time at the hotel was well spent and I had a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I look forward to booking this hotel again.

GGuest UserFacilities: relatively simple, but basically there, and relatively new. There is coffee downstairs, Chinese and Western food upstairs, as well as sports and massage!
Hygiene: relatively clean and hygienic
Environment: There are many people and the location is pretty good. You can see many black people taking photos in the lobby every day, and you can also see many stewardesses and stewardesses waiting for pilots.
Service: OK, not 100 points, but 80-90 points

The Christmas decor was awesome, I loved the touch of Nigerian dishes in the buffets served. The staff were very helpful and polite. The transport service was excellent (for a day trip to town) Highly recommend the hotel. Within walking distance of various restaurants and clubs. The jollof pasta is excellent 👌🏾

However, for supposedly one of the best hotels in Lagos, there are no activities or restaurants on site.
There’s a nice little bar on the 5th floor but apart from that you’ll have to eat at the hotels buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet needs serious upgrade to pay $25 dollars there is a lack of choice.
The coffee shop at the lobby sucks because there’s no barista or at-least some that knows how to make good coffee instead any staff that’s available on I’ll make your coffee when you order.
Apart from that the hotel is very clean for Lagos hotel standards.

DDANDANThe reason why the general evaluation is given is because the cost performance is very low.
The hotel seems to have only 6 floors and the elevator only shows up to the 6th floor.
I booked a sea-view room at 1498RMB, and arrived at the shop in advance to arrange a higher floor at the front desk. Say we need to arrange the 5th floor, tell us to wait for 40 minutes, the room is being cleaned, and waited more than an hour, said that the room is full, can only be arranged on the 3rd floor. Looking out of the window, it is the scene in Figure 1. It is said that a good seascape is a bunch of pipes. The facilities in the room are also sorry for the five-star title, the moldy roof, the bathroom was rude, and there was no hair dryer. The lobby is okay, the pool is large and the green environment is ok. Probably the best environment in this city. However, it is open to the public, not for the private use of hotel customers. Seeing two foreigners paying 5,000 naira can enter the pool and share public facilities. There are dining points on the first and negative floors of the hotel. I ordered a salmon and steak (pictured) 30,000 naira (580rmb). The taste is acceptable, but the salmon is definitely not fresh. Ordered early, the last picture is breakfast. I usually book early with a regular trip, it's normal, and the price is not high. Those who like the environment can spend about 50rmb / person for a walk.

Sstjude2019For a hotel at this price range, you should expect something better. The front desk was very unwelcoming, no smile, not at all helpful. The room although big, but empty, just the bed and a table and chair in one corner. The bathroom was very clean and the towels (but never complete) was always changed on a daily basis and the room made even though I had the sign do not disturb on! They has complimentary drinks in the fridge which included beer and soft drinks all free. Breakfast was your usual typical Nigerian food nothing to write about. The dinning room was way at the back of the hotel, if it rains you will have problems accessing it. The table cloth were all old and cheap quality for this standard, very disappointing. Had a room facing the lagoon, nice view. Overall I score this hotel average.

GGuest UserI was visiting Lagos on a business trip. Wanted something quiet and a little out of the way, yet with close proximity to Ikoyi and VI. I was recommended this hotel and found it very good and suited to all my needs. Highly recommend the staff for their friendliness and attention to my every request. The rooms are clean and spacious. And extremely convenient location. So give them 5 star !

We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
