This place is great for a family stay.
My recent stay near the malls exceeded all expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to multiple shopping malls, making shopping a breeze. Getting around was a snap; the apartment's proximity to major roads and I meant I could easily reach any destination.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, this stay provided a fantastic base for us.
What made this place stands out :
• Spotless Cleanliness: The apartment was clean
• Prime Location: Close proximity to malls and easy access to transportation made exploring effortless.
• Comfortable Amenities: There’s Wi-Fi, Comfortable seating area and Fully stocked kitchen
• The host was readily available and addressed any questions efficiently although it may take some time when you’re in a hurry after a long tiring travelling
A truly fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near the malls.

Hotel location is ok. The price is okay. A person. Two people. three people. All four people can live in one room economically. Downstairs is a convenience store and a 24-hour place to eat. It's just a bit noisy in the decoration this time.

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler.
The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds.
Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

Air cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene

Sufficient for a night stay with the basics- bed is clean, water pressure is good. Like that there's a spacious living room - actually its good to invite friends over for short drinks but no extra beds for guests.
Find the tatami mat a bit dirty.
Location is quite good - famous da tou lala claypot is just downstairs. Lots of ktv places within walking distance
Checking in and out is fairly easy. Overall good for short stay

LLAY NA LINDARWe enjoyed our stays with Midori Concept Hotel, and the front desk staff were friendly too. They did fulfil my request by putting our rooms next to each other. There are a lot of eatery shops in walking distances.

Mmayed+ve: Good location, there are many shops nearby eg.supermarket, massage palour, ktv, and many eateries. Rooms are good sized. Free parking and easy to park, there are sufficient lots.
-ve: Wifi is not good. Mostly get disconnected. Toilet floods after showering.

JJoceLL10Stayed here a couple of times. The location is not the most convenient, but it is quieter than the busy areas. There’s a nice hot spring and some amenities like the gym and swimming pool. However, the rooms are a little old and dirty (can tell from the bedsheets). Good value for money nonetheless!

Entrance to the residences is at south entrance of paradigm mall, ug level. If you’re in the mall, find the car cafe, exit the mall and turn right. You’ll see the entrance to the residences. As it’s not a hotel, if you’re early, there is no space to store your luggage so do take note. There are luggage storage machines nearby though.
As can see for the photos, the view is great, unblocked view. There is a Lego wall to keep your little ones entertained. Tv is a smart tv so can log in to YouTube, Netflix etc…
Only slight irritating part is that you’ll need to lock the door for electricity to be turned on. Slightly inconvenient if not everyone is leaving the apartment to head out. Some one has to lock the door after you and open the door for you after that. Another issue is that there is only one access card. The access card is needed to enter the lift lobby and to press the lift floor. So that can be quite inconvenient if ppl have different schedules.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash.

JJC19Booked the family suite but was a tad disappointed. It is okay if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night, definitely not for the fussies. Toilet roll holder could not be found but only a tissue dispenser which was not near the toilet bowl but situated next to the sink, making it hard to reach out for it when you need it for your ‘business’. So some planning seriously went wrong here.
This place needs some touching up if possible. Only 1 card key was given. An additional one needs to pay deposit for it.
Redemption was there’s nice food available across the road only.

AAnonThe room was clean. The only downside is there are ants in any room that I’ve stayed in Miico. Even when I pulled the table away from the wall, the ants still managed to climbed up on top. I’d had to put my foods inside the toilet and placed it on the towel rack so they couldn’t reach it.
