The B&B is half an hour away from the city. There are also restaurants nearby. The accommodation environment is beautiful. You just need to be careful if there are monkeys and your shoes may disappear. The home is large, clean and comfortable, and the toilet is also very large and clean. The dormitory provides towels, a hair dryer, and only shower gel and shampoo. You have to prepare the liquid yourself.

This time the homestay experience in Penang was simply great! The room was very clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the living was particularly comfortable and warm like home. Especially to mention the landlord sister, she is really very good, not only enthusiastic, but also very caring, took us to a lot of local fun places, like hidden niche attractions, very special and very good shooting! In addition, the restaurant she recommended is cost-effective and super delicious, and I really experienced the authentic Penang cuisine! If you come to Penang again, you will definitely choose to live here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

1.Open the door can we see the ocean .All stress go away .
2.The room has a seiling fan , and we can use the remote control to adjust the speed /strength
3.The room has a kitchen table .boil the water for tea and coffee
4.The drinking water is filtered by 3M
5.The hotel room is clean ,the bed cover and pillow covers are with pleasant smell.
6.We have enquires ,they will answer so quick .
send the technician to the room quick and they are so organized.

8.Swimming pool is not really big but the view is super good.
9.There are free towels in the swimming area
10.Most of the sraffs and security guides are friendly .
11.There is a convenient shop right bear the hotel 🤗
Improvement 😉:
1.There is a paper slip tray showed that we need to close the windows as there is an insect that will bite people, make us infectious.
It is better to add How We Should Do if We have infect bite .
2.There are some days they offer free housekeeping .The housekeeping will go to the room and tidy up without you
notice .
3.Because we booked the small room ,there is no cooking utensils in the kitchen .We can only boil some water for cup noodles .
4.If there is a microwave provided ,that would be nice .
Overall we have a nice trip by this hotel Apartment.😂

LLee BeeIt is beach front hotel. Room is spacious and neat. The gym room is spacious , and have nice sea views with few equipment . Pool is kids friendly with sea view. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Chinese new year decorations. The rooms WiFi is good . Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is near to food court. But the breakfast is not varied enough. We have stayed this hotel for second time and will come back next time.

1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :).
2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel.
3) Swimming pool was nice and clean.
4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing.
5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay.
Can be improved:
1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm.
2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data.
3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps.
4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps.
5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet.
6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.
