Booked 2 queen bed from Gold boutique as there was no hotel available with family room. The room is big with cold aircon like shown in pictures . However spider webs can be seen and there is no fridge provided . Bathroom have a colony of ants which I helped to kill some . Would be good if you can leave the bathroom window closed , as there were bugs flying in during our stay .

Had an amazing stay at the villa!
It felt extra homely because Rosslee and his colleagues were so friendly and welcoming. Food was great (especially mashed potatoes), with Rosslee double-hatting as the chef. Was initially worried about the accessibility of food so we prepped instant food in case we got hungry at night.. but we were so well fed throughout the stay. If you love snacking like us, just buy some snacks & drinks before driving up since there isnβt any convenience stores nearby.
This villa is literally within the nature, on a secluded mountain, so manage your own expectations on mosquitoes & bugs. Did some homework and prepared some mosquito repellents and coils prior to checking in. Also try to check in during the day as the drive up can be intimidating after sun sets.
Soundproofing in the room isnβt the best too but isnβt it quite amazing how they can build this villa on the mountains already?
Overall 10/10 stay for hubby and I!

Our family of 10 (aged 13 to 81) booked 3 units, Tapir, Kantan & Lanai for 2 nights in June. This place is surrounded by forest, perched high enough to enjoy views for miles around, with durian trees scattered throughout. We appreciated the fresh air, the incredible scenery, the flora & fauna, the feeling of spaciousness, the cooler temperatures & the fact that we could pick durians off the ground & eat them on the spot. If you detest insects, must have everything working quickly & efficiently (the place is slightly worn & some parts in need of maintenance but generally clean & comfortable), canβt live without wifi, must sleep in air- conditioned rooms & have to be fruitfully occupied with βactivitiesβ, then this is probably not your holiday destination. But if you hanker for space, solitude, long periods with nothing to do except enjoy the chirping of birds while reading a book, floating in a pool surrounded by gigantic trees, or just playing board or card games with friends / family, then please drop by for a stay. The manager & staff were friendly & helpful, food was decent, and beds very comfortable. Weβll definitely come back.
I booked my room through Agoda. I paid roughly Rm54 per night. Very worth it for the money. Clean, has water coolers almost every corner of the building, has even ironing facilities. Tooth brush and biscuits with coffee provided. Only draw bck was the water pressure. Too low. Otherwise all was good. Was there for a night. Directly opposite jknns, where I needed to go. Convenient. Would definitely stay again
This was one of the best experience ever, the scenary is awsome no blockage, the place is big, bed was comfy, the host event gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room, 'hornbil' she said. They have all we need even for cooking, relaxing. It's in the forest up on a mountain, air is clean, the neighborhood is safe, many retreat resorts scattered around. Bring your mosquito repellent

AAnonymous UserI've booked 2 rooms for my business trip with my colleague in Arena Hotel. One room for collegue is standard room which is cheaper than another superior room booked for my own stay. Surprisingly, when I compared both rooms, superior room is smaller and the facilities inside the room is lesser compare with another standard room I have, it doesnt come with a mirror above the working table and only have sofa chair provided in superior room. Called the front desk but they just claim that there's nothing wrong, in their floor plan the room I am staying is superior. They can't give me an explanation why I am paying more but get the smaller and lesser facilities room.
Other than that, Arena Hotel is really worth the money, clean, comfortable and food tasted nice.
NnurhanihayatimarzukiI stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.
DDarius73We booked to stay over at the very last minute, probably 2 hours before the 1500hrs check in time. We arrived and were able to get our room keys without any delays. We requested for a bell boy to send our luggageβs to the room and the receptionist did not hesitate to help in this matter. The room was good. Bathroom and beds were clean. Aircond was cold, pillows were nice and fluffy, definitely helped in our good night sleep. We tried the in house room dining and it was worth the price. Pool was nice and we enjoyed the slide. Breakfast choices were good for us. There were various food and it was topped up the moment it finished. Checkout process was smooth and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you RCS and we will definitely come back again.
GGuest Userthe good: 1. the room size is decent, the aircond is working well and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent for business purpose with available parking and is quite centrally located but would need a car to get around, thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well 4. the checking in and out was a breeze and the receptionist was a fine and friendly malay lady the bad: 1. not many except that the location will be a bit quiet and dark at night 2. however there is a karaoke or bar nearby, and the sound-proofing can be better Overall, not a bad stay. would consider staying again in the future
SSRSashiReddySeremban Inn located in great location for guest. Opposite of the hotel there's a KFC 24HOURS. Attached 7-Eleven just in Ground Floor, nite food stall just only the opposite side, walking distant to Terminal One Bus station. The room is comfort and clean the only thing is the Air conditioner is abit low but that's not a big deal if you visit the town on evening coz at night was cold. Front staff should be for careful with the words about complaining other guest in front of everyone and there is no free parking available for hotel guest need to use the public parking. Overall this hotel is recommended
GGuest UserIβve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didnβt understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and itβs a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.
GGuest UserA young Indian guy doing his one-man-show manning the check-in, check-out counter, helpful though with my 5 rooms booking done online. No concierge service, no valet parking, no receptionist or operator to answer the phone when i called in to check on the early check-in request. This hotel is good for sleeping in, not good for staycation because there's nothing here. And our view from the window is facing the chinese cemetary, the rooms on the other side would be facing the main road leading to the Seremban town. The only good thing about this hotel is the ample parking & 5 minute drive to the city centre. Breakfast is not provided with my room, but the coffee house looked like it's not in operation, hardly anybody there, and when there are ppl sitting at the table, don't see any food or drinks. And only ONE lift operating the 4 floors, while there's social distancing stickers on the floor to indicate only 5 ppl per trip. Housekeeping should do some inspection on damage furniture besides just cleaning. One of the damaged rattan chair torn the pants of my relative. (see pic attached)
