I had a wonderful stay at Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya! From start to finish, everything about this hotel impressed me. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's facilities are fantastic, especially the swimming pool and the well-manicured gardens, which provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The on-site dining options were also excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The location is ideal, nestled within IOI Resort City, close to attractions like the IOI City Mall and Putrajaya's scenic landmarks. It’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway or a family trip. Overall, Palm Garden Hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, hospitality, and value for money.

It was an AMAZING stay! I was upgraded, and i really enjoyed the clea, huge and luxurious space. Service was top notch too!

************* all went well after spending my business trip in Putrajaya for the 4D3N. Overal from 10 i can give 8 stars. The receptionist was very helpful and informative, we can ask any and they will kindly help as they can. This hotel to IOI Mall is not too far, just walking distance around 0.4km one way

Checked in was swift. Staff will set up the sofa bed after checked in with duvet, pillow, extra set of toiletries and bedsheet. Parking redemption is a buy hassle because need to bring the touch and go every time we go in and out of the hotel at the reception for validation. Parking is expensive so rmb your touch and go. Location is near to ioi mall of course if u drive it’s convenient. They also provide shuttle every hour to ioi mall. Cleanliness and service is top notch. There wasn’t a lot of people because we went during the weekdays. I was given a late checked out which was really helpful as I have an infant with me. Room is well maintained. When we went the slide at the pool was doing maintenance and refurbishing. At the pool area there is waterpark, badminton, basketball, ping pong and cannon to play. Will be back soon

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

Drinking water and coffee / tea are not provided. Great location next to UPM and not far from UPM MRT. Hotel near food court, restaurants, convenient shop and so on. Highly recommend this hotel for short stay.

The room was clean and the uncle at the front desk was super good. Help me carry my luggage. Close to upm, it is recommended to open it.

This is the cheapest B&B I have ever booked! ! It is said that it is so cheap because of the discount. I missed it🥹 The room is decorated in a style that my parents like. It's antique. You can also drink tea. The room is super big and suitable for 4 people without being crowded. The two beds are 1.8 meters in size. It's very comfortable for a family of three. The living room is The tables and chairs are all brand new, all are disposable items, and special attention is paid to hygiene! My favorite is the big screen projection. Young people like to lie down and watch movies, and the speakers say nothing! I hope I can catch it next time hahaha 🤣
