I stayed with my wife 1night to diving from Dungun to Teggol. It takes about 20minites to Dungun. This hotel is on 2nd floor in shop lot and still new. That faces the road, but was so quiet. It takes 5-10minites by car to restaurant and shop area in the town. But One pretty restaurant is on 1st floor in the shop lot. So you can take simple meal there. The room was super clean! That is not large room, But is designed to be easy to use. In bath room, shower and toilet areas are separated. Cleaning in bath room was also perfect. So I was very comfortable. Bed mattress was good quality & condition. They prepared tea & coffee set with kettle in the room. I will stay this hotel when come around here next time. ドゥングンのショップからテンゴール島へダイビングに行く為に夫婦で前泊しました。ドゥングンまでは２０分くらいです。ホテルはショップロットの２階にあってまだ新しいです。道路に面していますが静かでした。レストランやお店のあるエリアまでは車で5-10分かかりますが、ショップロットの1階に小さなカフェレストランがありそこで簡単な食事は出来るようでした。部屋は広くはありませんが非常に清潔でした。バスルームはトイレとシャワーの場所が分かれています。仕切りは無いですが、ある程度の広さがあるのでシャワーを浴びるとトイレが水浸しになってしまうということはないと思います。部屋にはケトルがありお茶とコーヒーのセットが用意されていました。ベッドマットの品質と状態も良かったです。この周辺の同価格帯のホテルの中では大変良いと思います。テンゴールに行くときは次回もまたここに泊まると思います。

On a overnight business trip to this town called Paka is a coastal town facing the South China Sea in Dungun District, Terengganu, Malaysia. Paka is a small town thriving on oil and gas activity. Paka is more popularly known as the home for the largest power station in Malaysia. While Trengganu is famous for tourist attractions on their beach activities where multiple resort and island is located here. Arrived during dinner time and check-in was a breeze the moment you stepped in to the resort lobby, the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Rooms are either facing the swimming pool or the sea front as most resorts. Rooms are basic and spacious with toilet amenities provided and I could said there’s privacy or sound insulated between rooms compared to those newer hotels now. The shower water pressure were strong all the time. The only setback is the entertainment TV channel which is weak hardly could see what’s on. If you are looking for a simple and relaxing stay, here the place - on food the in-house restaurant served multiple range of cuisine from local to international & the price I would said are quite reasonable for a hotel standard and tasty their food served is also presentable, this hotel does not sell or serve alcoholic drinks, lastly swimming pool and the beach is just minutes from your hotel room if you decided to have a outdoor activity.

Just average hotel..room not so clean..water preasure just ok..need to walk upstairs.. Good thing were free parking provided and location

Cleanliness: 8/10 Staff: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Breakfast: 8/10 Food: 9/10. Rumbia fried rice really delicious. This hotel is good for family vacation. The price is for 1 unit semi-D lot house with 3 bedroom and 2 toilet. Overall: 9/10.

Booked this place for a stop over before proceeding up north the next day, location to this so call Inn is a bit too far out to any facilities shops eateries are quite far out into the town. The Inn is design by converting a double story house into multiple rooms averaging to 6 rooms to each unit block. Each room design comes with its en-suite bathroom which you don’t share with others. There is no toiletries provided only basic towel & toilet paper. No mini bar or bottle water/tea coffee facilities but the inn provide standalone water filter dispensers. As the inns is located outskirts area - do expect Mosquito everywhere. Would I return here …..

It's cool to be here. Simple but all the facilities are enough for that stay. Provided 2 packs of nasi lemak with tea o Hot which is Nasi Lemak is delicious! It's worth it with breakfast & don't expect more. The important thing is to be comfortable to rest the body. Keep it up! ❤️👍🏼

Pros: 1) Booking, Enquiries Check-in/out staff The staffs handling the booking, enquiries and check in/check out was very good. Had a pleasant experience dealing with them. 2) Room Room was clean and comfortable. Just a suggestion for improvement - time to upgrade the beddings and mattresses. The Jacuzzi did not work but the hot water worked wonderfully. At night and early morning, there were many black ants roaming on the floor and wall of the bathroom. But they did not disturb us. We had no problem tolerating and accepting the presence of the ants due the fact that the resort is located in kampung area. We are the guests and they are the landlords. However, if the resort can do something about pest control - it would be much better. Cons: Breakfast I have to say its our worst hotel breakfast experience. We are not fussy eaters but the management definitely could do better. The selection was so minimal. The roti canai looks so uninviting. The eggs, and other foods look sad as well. I personally had no appetite to eat just by staring at the foods offered. Hopefully the management can improve on this aspect. Maybe can just get the supply of breakfast from the best local Dungun nasi lemak from warung makcik tepi jalan or roti canai from warung pakcik would do. Come on the management, you can do this. Improvement is important. I want the resort to sustain.

I booked the wrong date. But you can't change it through apps. So I called the hotel a few minutes later after I booked wrongly. However, the hotel said they had to also change the date on the apps. Can't get around this problem. Thank you trip.com.

We check in the hotel, found a track bottom and dental paste tube left in the toilet. The room is properly done. Immediate response once complaint is lodged. The running water stop at peak times few times in the morning, reason owing to the water pressure. Location is strategic facing the beach. Check the amenities available before travelling.
