It was my first time staying in this excellent hotel. I'm so happy, feels great and wonderful while staying 2 days st this hotel. The room was very tidy, clean and perfect. I was intended to extend for 1 more day. Unfortunately I have to go back home. I will definitely book this hotel when I visit to Jitra again..

This is my second time staycation at Urban In, Jitra with my family. The price is affordable. The internal design was very nice. Calm and clean. Yeah, the room is small, but it cause no trouble to us. Still comfortable to sleep. There are a lots of shop nearby Urban In. We can choose variety of food selling nearby. Just name it - Pizza, Cake and Pastry, Cloth and shoes, nasi goreng, nasi berlauk ... For parking, we can buy the parking ticket at nearby shop which sell the parking ticket. We can choose either, daily ticket or by hours ticket. As for us, we bought daily ticket. It's only RM3 per day parking.

The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. š„°

************** everything is okay here. The house is complete with basic facilities, easy to check in and check out, the owner is nice and easy to deal with. Aircond is in every room & living room. Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd & 3rd room has 2 single beds. The TV has netflix, the wifi is also fast. The swimming pool is also clean and spacious. God willing, if there is sustenance to Kedah, I will book again.
