Such a nice and strategic hotel in Kb. The food was nice also. Only when we went for breakfast around 9.30 am they did not topup the foods anymore which is the closing at 10.30 which i think still needs to topup dont let it empty to early. The rest all good

the toilet door is not locked, there is no mineral water, no coffee, no tea.. the toilet is not very clean. In the middle of a break, there is also the sound of a bomb. It seems like there is something secret. the room is ok since the service is ok. the tower is bad

Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

FFatin FarhanaaMy first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

HHanis18Location in town. Easy access to restaurants and mall. Free parking. When we arrived, the receptionist told me that my booking was not in the system. We have to wait for quite some time. But thanks to them, they tried to settle the problem and give us other room. Thank you very much. Breakfast was okay. Not many choices but still okay.

LLeedear- usually solo traveler but socialableLocation is right next to KB mall. Very convenient. Housekeeping didn't clean for the 2 nights I stayed. Cons: noisy as it is right next to the main elevated highway. Travel tip: bus 29 going to Rantai Panjang leaves from the bus stop across the road. So you don't have to go to Stesen Bas KB by Grab. Like I did.

MMasflinstoneThe hotel had quite a season facilities Β and required a new paint job on the facade. Additionally, a minor crack needed fixing, and the bathroom tiles needed polishing. The marks from drilling should be touched up and hidden to restore the pleasant appearance it carries in holidays villa brand . However, the service at the front desk and the hospitality from the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. I would definitely come back for another stay.

AAnonymous Userthe room booked was different, when I arrived at the hotel I was given another room.. there was no TV in the room. the shared bathroom was not stated. the water in the toilet was too slow like urine so long in the toilet to take a shower. the rice breakfast was not complete with tea or coffee. Staff who don't care. Fried pulse food is like sharing it with animals. I'm too arrogant in business. I don't want to be complacent, but the room is ok. But the breakfast provided is very inconsiderate of the guests.
