Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary.
Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it.
Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment.
Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum.
Dining: Dinner and breakfast are both buffets. The green drink at dinner is very delicious. I drank seven or eight cups in total. I strongly recommend it.

For erya by suria hot spring bentong, i would like to give overall 4star rating as we had so much fun there especially the kids.. It is so true that this hotel is kid friendly hotel and really good for those who want to have family time together without need to travel far away from KL❤

賈賈詩林Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

GGuest UserGreat place for families! Staff are all super helpful and friendly. However, if you do have elderly who are not very mobile or very young kids, not recommended as you have to take a shuttle bus that comes every hourly to GPO to have dining and shopping options. Will be better to stay up at Genting Highlands for accessibility. Baby cot is also not the usual one for young babies. It is like a toddler bed with metal bars. So we ended up having to put 4 pillows all around it, haha. But rooms were great. Big and clean.

AAnnie_LohOverall best stay as room is axactly like in the picture. But I don't know why reviews for breakfast is great, because my experience is bad. Few selection with average taste wise. Also staff should improve in how they refill the food. The food is finish at 9am and guest need to queue for refill which take up to 30 min per food, otherwise the refilled food will be gone in 5 min cause they just refill 1 small plate (dessert plate).

Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Cloudtop Ruiyuan Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

Paying a cup of Genting Starbucks coffee feels more expensive than paying for this unit.
It’s definitely worth it despite the issues.

GGuest UserEverything are good except for the cleanliness. The parking are waived, coffee machine at the lobby are are foc, the view from the room and the restaurant are really nice, many socket in the room, many mat towel provided and the toilet are clean. Just there are few facilities are still under renovate and the electricity supply by the room card are not working. However, the staff are friendly and have solved it very quickly. Just one female staff are not friendly and mentioned check in are only available on 3pm sharp but immediately the other staff said its ok to process for check in hmmm. Lastly, the bed was really really really dirty, full of short hair and eyelashes and some black pieces.

BBasseeOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

KKohthis trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.
