Hotel with no elevator. There are good local restaurants around town, but if you don't like local food, there's a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The shower is a bit of a problem. There is only water soap in the shower, so bring your own toothbrush or shampoo.

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise itโs literally a 2 mins walk . Itโs perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . Iโd say you get what you pay for , so itโs a fair deal

Room size is good and it has a good view of the sunset. The double bed is actually two single bed joined together, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not provide new face towels after doing housekeeping and no one picks up the call despite calling few times. Breakfast items were cold. Overall service not very impressive.

The location is very strategic. Many well-known restaurants are near to this hotel, I can visit many restaurants by just walking. The downside is the air-con is not very cold. Need to wait for around 30 minutes to get cold.

WWanderGThe most satisfied one. Budget hotel but really comfy. Toothbrush, comb, soap, coffee and mineral water provided. Toilet very clean unlike previous hotel that i've stayed in seremban. If you are looking for a budget hotel near I-City and Aeon Bukit Raja, this is the place you can consider. Staff counter friendly and informative.
