My sister helped me check in, but I didn't see him for the next few days. Fortunately, I was able to play well with my loose English. In short, if the budget is limited, this resort is definitely the best choice. You can stay for a few more days. The scenery and services will not be discounted. 1) Poor arrangement of seaplane
I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay
It was dark when we arrived at the island.
2) Downgrade Room
I have booked a water massage room and paid in full!
But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in.
It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference.
