The warmest welcome, friendly staff, which became our friends, made our stay at this lovely hotel such an amazing experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us and every need was catered to. Our Wedding was beautifully set up on the beach and all the little details were perfectly done by Kajal, our wedding planner, who is amazing at what she does. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive, all very friendly and helpful. Sahil went out of his way to make sure our pool drinks were topped up and he delivered such great service, along with his other team members. Angelo the restaurant manager always welcomed us with a lovely friendly approach and made sure the service at meal times ran smoothly and we were happy with our dinner options. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a beach wedding. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern and the added benefit of a pool outside made it even more special. We look forward to visiting the hotel again for an anniversary sometime in the future. Mauritius will always have a special place in our hearts now.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a fantastic experience. The staff, particularly Arielle, was exceptionally friendly, offering a warm welcome upon my arrival. Their attentiveness and eagerness to help with any requests went above and beyond, making my stay truly enjoyable and surpassing my expectations. The well-maintained and comfortable rooms added to the positive overall impression. Magnificent Hotel located not far from Grand-Gaube! Splendid site, very well maintained with many plants, palm trees .... Several restaurants available, 3 a la carte (Beach Rouge, Bodrum and Inti) as well as a general where you can eat a buffet either at breakfast . There is also a place where you can eat Burgers, quick bite at noon... 2 swimming pools, 1 large towards the main restaurant and one at the other end of the complex for adults only. Magnificent SPA, tennis, fitness, petanque and all the water sports available... We loved it...
The staff at the top! Polite and kind...incredible...Top service! I highly recommend.

Mr Amrish made sure everything ran smoothly for us and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the warm welcome upon arrival to the personnalised attention all through the day.Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere for us..well done to the whole team.I am already looking forward to returning soon and would definitely recommend Zilwa Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable time in a nice place in Mauritius.

October 2024 On Vacation Now Review of Laguna Beach Hotel & Spa Reviewed yesterday We are currently on vacation at the moment . The food at the buffet is great, and it is based on themes which again is great . We went to the speciality restaurant last night (Maurition) and I had fish which was amazing Capitan . They also do a food truck event at lunchtime called Tabaji again really good food. The staff are amazing and special thanks goes to Nitish for making our holiday so perfect .I went to the speciality restaurant last night at Lemon Grass it was truly amazing. This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay so good . Special praise goes to Chloe, Ayetish at (Lemon Grass) and Nassu . There is so many people I could name but again this place is perfect and will be coming back in 2025 . Please do not listen to any negativity this place is superb. Carol & Craig room number 1007. Date of stay: October 2024 Room Tip: Plenty of pools to choose from and lots of sunbeds .

This is an excellent, inexpensive resort to stay on the East Coast of Mauritius. I loved hotel's activities and staff services. Whilst I wouldn't stay there on a honeymoon because it lacks the romantic atmosphere that some of the 5 starts hotels have ( luxurious flowers, etc) I will always consider returning for a holiday break. The waves on the East Coast are stronger comparing to the West coast, making swimming little bit more challenging, however the water is very clean. Highly recommended.
