It's very new, but it's a bit far from the scenic spot and the surrounding environment is not good. It feels like a big construction site.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. Our stay at Royal Blue Resort and Residences in Kavac was enjoyable! The check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, even with a limited menu. The only downside was the small toilet in our room type, but it didn’t overshadow an otherwise pleasant experience. We’d still consider staying here again!

I personally only recommend driving or taking a taxi to this hotel, because it is at the top of the mountain and I didn't see any buses. However, it is not far from Tivat Airport, 9 minutes drive, so if you drive yourself, it will be a great place! There are plenty of parking spaces. The room is small but fully equipped, and the sofa bed is very convenient! I don't want to take a shower and go to bed after pulling it out! I can cook. I chose a sea view room, so I can overlook the sea from a high position! It's a pity that the swimming pool was not open on the day we went, but we didn't swim in the hotel so it didn't affect it. The front desk guy was very enthusiastic. We went very late that day, but he waited until we arrived before getting off work. However, if you don't drive yourself, the hotel can also help you call a taxi. In short, I recommend friends who drive themselves to go, and others can see the situation by themselves!

The road leading up to the apartments is just opposite the exit from the bus station, across the road from a large supermarket called IDEA. Handy for shopping.
It is quite a steep hike up the road but when you get to the top and see the views of the sea you will know it is worth it. The apartment was bright and spacious and Hakan, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Short walk to the town and marina.
