The hotel is a small independent building with a large empty field in the middle, surrounded by rooms on three sides. This format is not very good. The customers who check in are walking around and talking, just like at your door, which is noisy. The breakfast needs to be improved, it's too unpalatable.

I was amazed by beauty and serenity of the surrounding nature. The place is cozy offering all the amenities I needed for my stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the flowing river and the birds singing. Many outdoors activities are available: long walk in the nature,hiking by the waterfalls, quad... Very safe area, I was walking by myself at night from the village to the lodge, local people are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This is a rare hotel in Morocco. The sockets in the hotel are even national standard. The location is on the edge of the old city. You can enter the old town of Shefshawan within five minutes. The facilities in the hotel are very new. The Sichuan cuisine in the restaurant is also very authentic. If you can book 201,202,203, 204 These four rooms, a small blue patio is yours, great, not much else to say, the Chinese who come to Shefshawan to play, the order is over

We loved our 2 night stay at Dar Jasmine. Yes - we counted, it was 197 steps from the street to our room. One day, we did it 3 times. We loved looking over the town and it was quiet. The hotel is directly below the Spanish Mosque (so you can save yourself the hike up there, if you wish). You can view the sunset from the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The tangine we had a dinner was our favourite tagine during the whole 2 week trip. We enjoyed the pool for a refreshing break from the heat in the afternoon. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s location was conveniently located in the heart of the Blue Pearl. The room was small but clean, cozy, and perfect for a solo traveler. The complimentary traditional Moroccan breakfast was delicious. The staff showed me a map of the best places to visit and eat in Chefchaouen, all of which were great recommendations. The staff even made me breakfast to take with me on my early, long bus ride to my next destination. GGuest UserWe loved our 2 night stay at Dar Jasmine. Yes - we counted, it was 197 steps from the street to our room. One day, we did it 3 times. We loved looking over the town and it was quiet. The hotel is directly below the Spanish Mosque (so you can save yourself the hike up there, if you wish). You can view the sunset from the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The tangine we had a dinner was our favourite tagine during the whole 2 week trip. We enjoyed the pool for a refreshing break from the heat in the afternoon. We highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Rita. It’s not right in the Medina which for us was a bonus as we like to stay away from the action in quieter neighborhoods. It’s a short cab ride ($2) from the Medina or a 30 minute walk. We visited at a non peak tourist time so we were given a choice of rooms. They are spacious…bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and kitchenette. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well appointed. There are 2 outside rooftop terraces for relaxing and nice views. The breakfast was incredible. We had the choice to have it on our room or on the balcony. So many offerings delivered to our room…a lovey over easy egg, crepes, rolls, cheesed, lovely fresh fruit, olives, fresh squeezed orange juice. It’s a guest house, not hotel, so the desk is not staffed so if you want full concierge service you might want to choose a hotel. But, we were warmly greeted and oriented and given keys to the outside door/gate as well as our room so we could come and go at any time. I highly recommend this beautiful, charming, place for your stay in Chefchaouen!

JJuan Carlos RIt is a treasure Riad, we have spent 3 nights , the rooms are artistically decorated. the staff was helpful , gentle, welcoming , they have met us at the parking lot send our lugguage with helpers and walk us to the unit where we have our rooms. the Riad has an amazing terrace with the view over the city . we loved our breakfast plenty continantal moroccan one. also without forgetting the Hammam session and the Massage that we have tried . they have different packs with interesting exceptionnel prices with top quality .. we are delighted with theri services and the comfy that we felt there is unexpected. we will be back there and we recommand

GGuest UserWe stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour group. Located in the Medina, we walked in from the main road, with our suitcases brought to the hotel by private courier. Otherwise, you’d have to drag your suitcase through the Mattie, hilly Medina streets. Our room was small: room for a very firm queen bed, a bureau and 2 straight backed chairs. Others in our group had much larger rooms. Our small windows faced outside, which meant street noise at night and in the early morning (roosters crowing and call to prayer) but this was fairly minor. Others in our group had windows opening into internal hallways. Cute Moroccan decor. Shower took a long time to warm up. Minor adjustments were needed as it came up to temperature to avoid a scalding. Water pressure was low and varied by water temperature. Good breakfast options: plain omelettes, goat cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumber (both peeled), Moroccan bread.

DDakunna~This is a rare hotel in Morocco. The sockets in the hotel are even national standard. The location is on the edge of the old city. You can enter the old town of Shefshawan within five minutes. The facilities in the hotel are very new. The Sichuan cuisine in the restaurant is also very authentic. If you can book 201,202,203, 204 These four rooms, a small blue patio is yours, great, not much else to say, the Chinese who come to Shefshawan to play, the order is over

GGuest UserHôtel très bien situé, à 160m de la place centrale. Les hôtes sont souriants et disponible. Il y a de quoi se garer juste devant l’hôtel. Quand on rentre dans l’hôtel on tombe sur une grande pièce avec des fauteuils au milieu et les chambres sont autours. Au dessus il y a encore des chambres et au dernier étage il y a une terrasse avec une belle vue. La chambre est propre, pas de mauvaise odeur et pas de poussière. Pour moi l’hôtel a un très bon rapport qualité prix mais le hic c’est la douche qui se trouve au même endroit que les toilettes. C’est très petit, ok pour une petite toilette mais une douche ça m’a l’air compliqué. Pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger oublié car quand on est au rdc à côté de la réception on entend tout jusqu’à minuit et après c’est le grand calme jusqu’à 11h sans problème. Pour ma part jetait inquiète quand je me suis endormie mais agréablement surprise le matin vraiment aucun bruit. Nous sommes resté une nuit et je ne regrette pas.

AAnony QCute little blue town. Although it has been a top tourist spot in Morocco, the town hasn’t got much commercialized. The merch here is generally cheaper than Marrakech so highly recommend making your purchases here.

Some good people have found that Shefshawan has dozens of blue, deep blue like the sky and the sea, shallow blue like iceberg snow field, each has a mystery.
