good hotel.very close to the airport.we enjoyeed our stay with them. nice clean rooms with spacious rooms. very comfortable. staff is very friendly.located very close to the airport.they have 24 hours transport service. foods are very delicious.

What a fantastic place, Ared villa is. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the surroundings were fantastic, our rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels. The atmosphere is great and such a beautiful place to relax with your family and friends. Breakfast was first rate every morning. We would highly recommend Ared Villa for a wonderful stay in Sri Lanka

Good quality pool, friendly staff, good room facilities very value for money. Night time lightining and safe environment. Food facilities also good and available. Apartment room AC, wifi, , tv, hot water shower, fridge, kitchen with pantry, and lobby with dining table for 4 people. Recommend to stay happy with fun. Because transport vehicles also available here.

The property was marinated neatly. The Manager Yohan and Chaminda were showing good hospitality. very convenient for a short transit. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. The location is very close to the airport, even the hotel is located in a housing area, so this is the best choice if you stay for transit And the room is very clean, Comfortable bed, they have sanitized the room, friendly service it Feels like home The price was very worth it The important the Dhal curry, I never like curry.. but I like this curry so much. I can eat until finish good location to recharge before the flight!

Was a good experience as we were leaving to Maldives and was a good stop over for quick nap, very close to the airport

Had a fantastic day at the hotel, the food was so good, and the staff was friendly. The day out package was really worth it. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us in many ways. Got kicked out at 9.30 in the morning by the incredibly rude owner! No warning no nothing all he said was that he had new guests checking in and I had paid to stay the night but not the morning (***???!!!!) I’m completely shocked and never had this experience anywhere else in Sri Lanka. No excuses, nothing just a “get out”. Horrible experience.

I stayed one night before I flew out from Sri Lanka. The room was clean and had good air con. Wifi was strong. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The price of my meals and beer was very good and the food tasty. I was well looked after and had a good chat about cricket and Shane Warne. For a very small fee i was able to organise late check out (8.00 pm) The drop-off at the airport was included in the price of the stay. This place was excellent value for money.

A very beautiful and peaceful place with a very nice and helpful staff. I cobtacted them before coming and they give very fastand professional answer .I fully recommend this hotel. They will also pick you from airport without charges and arrange for you other taxis and transfer at good price.
