The hotel door is unlocked and you can directly enter the lobby on the first floor, which has sofas, a terrace and fruits. However, there is no response when pressing the screen of the self-service check-in machine. You can only make a local phone call and communicate in English. You say the message, the staff fills it out, and you look at the screen to see if the input is correct. The staff's English is pretty good. The information is name, nationality, date of birth, passport number, permanent address, zip code, etc., but each guest needs this information. After filling everything out, swipe your card to pay, and the room card and receipt will come out automatically. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
The superior room I asked for was large in size and had a small balcony. The room was also warm. Breakfast is simple, including milk, yogurt, bread, cereal, cheese, fruit, coffee, tea... these are quite complete. When you check out, just put your room card in the room card collection box at the front desk. The only staff I saw during the whole process were the cleaners and the girl at breakfast. They didn't care about check-in and didn't speak English.
The next morning, I encountered a room where the fire alarm device was triggered. The alarm sounded in the room and required evacuation. It was just a false alarm and there was no real fire.
Let me focus on the sauna, which is on the underground floor. From booking to checking in, there was no information about the sauna. The road signs said wellness. I guess everyone thought it was a gym or something, as there was no one there during the hours I went there. However, according to European custom, men and women, regardless of gender, should be steamed naked together. The facilities here are complete and the equipment is very new. There are bathrobes, towels, changing rooms, showers, a sauna, four lounge chairs, tea...
By the way, there is a large locker outside the sauna where you can store your luggage for a fee.
Hotel location is super good, out of the gate is the pedestrian street, turn left is the visitor center, treasure hall and stamp museum, have been walking and church ⛪️, starting in the evening, the pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel starts to have a lively night market, want to go to the old bridge of Vaduz need to walk for half an hour, it is recommended to drive to, There are many parking spaces this season. I like the location of the parking space very much. It is in the underground garage on the right side of the toilet in the tourist bus parking area. The name of the hotel is written at the entrance door. You can take the elevator to the service desk on the first floor to check in. It is simply too convenient. It is highly recommended to live here by car. When you leave, you will navigate to the old bridge to see the border signs. The surrounding scenery is super beautiful.

We have a lot of rooms, I booked a suite with mountain views, the room is large, and the bed is bigger, because when I booked, I said two big ones, three people, and two beds, so two big and two small ones can It is. The washroom is also large, there is a place with a shower in the bathtub, two washbasins, and a separate toilet. Ordinary rooms are baths with showers and small bathrooms. The whole town is also beautiful. very quiet.
Stayed here for two nights in June. Very easy to locate on the main road through Triesen, but sufficiently far back to make it a very quiet experience. Reception friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely large with all mod cons you might expect and an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with good range of food and drinks available. Car parking plentiful and free. Decent cost and we considered it to be an excellent location from which to fully explore Liechtenstein.
On a recent stop over from Geneva to Austria, our family, including two adults, a child, and a dog, experienced the peaceful ambiance of Kloster by B_Smart in Liechtenstein, booked via ***********. The check-in process, notable for its innovative, automated approach, was done via a machine in the lobby, providing quick and easy access to our accommodations within two minutes. This technological incorporation undeniably enhances our experience by prioritizing ease and efficiency. Strategically positioned atop a gentle hill, the hotel combines a serene residential setting with natural beauty, offering a quiet retreat whilst maintaining proximity to local adventures. With dinner service unavailable on the evening of our stay, we took on the offerings at the nearby Vaduz Street Food Festival, turning a potential inconvenience into an enjoyable local exploration. Morning at the Kloster was an exemplary breakfast service, characterized by high-quality, tasty options and exceptional coffee. It was also the first time we met any of the hotel staff, and she had very high level of friendliness and dedication to guests. There was abundant parking space and super fast wifi. One tip, the quality of the croissants available at breakfast—much better then in France—deserves an honorable mention. One minor point that the rooms are not sound proof to the guests above, where you could hear people walk and talk.
Hotel Oberland is a beautifully located hotel up the mountain from Vaduz. There are two roads up to Triesenberg, both are either windy or narrow. Both are beautiful. The hotel has self service check in, which I have never seen before. It worked beautifully. There's a sauna downstairs and a full breakfast available.

This is a clean and comfortable family style hotel with friendly staff and a cozy restaurant with a small patio. Be mindful of check in /out times - they’re not staffed 24 hrs. The restaurant was enjoyable and the service was excellent. The food was a good value for the cost & there was a huge wine selection. The breakfast buffet was great for a small hotel (eggs, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, pastries). The room was clean but quite noisy with hallway disturbances. There is not temperature control in the room so if you have to open window it would be loud with street noise as it sits on a busy road. The shower was awkward (shower head in the center of the tub wall) and the shower floor was very slippery when wet. Despite these concerns it was overall a nice hotel.
We stayed here after completing the Liechtenstein Trail. The hotel was nice and the self check in was easy. We had dinner at the hotel and it was outstanding. Breakfast the next morning was good. There was not much of interest near the hotel.
