Super friendly staff! Beautiful hotel! Unfortunately, unfortunately booked during the wrong period, as the small ”beach” was very dirty.. The hotel also seemed super empty. This makes it less comfortable. The room was not contained in bottles of water or slippers as the booking claimed. The toilet was a little dirty and it seemed to have been so fast-speedly cooled. The only really less for us was especially the breakfast we had booked for 2 people.. This was not breakfast for us, nor for two people as it was alleged.

This a great family friendly hotel, rooms were always clean. The staff were very helpful and always available. Its a very secure area close to the airport and lots of malls. You can walk to the supermarket and pharmacy. Great value for money. Accept to pay in local currency which a lot of hotels do not.

Hotel is small, rooms are small. It's more like a business suitable hotel. Staff are friendly (most of them). Pool is medium size, no kids area of kids pool. Hotel is close to the mall and a variety of restaurants and coffeeshops. No view from our room, not sure about other rooms though.

This place offers great prices wile accommodating in a very spacious apartment fully equipped even with a washing machine. It has a great location at a intersection connecting all roads leading to downtown area or hazmieh, this makes it easy to find transportation and lots of local shops and a major mall called city center. For the price we paid around 50$ we had a 50m square apt while enjoying great service. We got our money worth and great value for money. We will comeback again.

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was during the protests, but you would never know because the hotel is far enough away from the center of the city. The staff members were very helpful, especially Mirvat El Hok - her English was great and she always helped us get a taxi, let us know how much the taxi would be, and more. Our room/s were fine, with a balcony. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking but ok. The room service was quick, and the hotel was quiet. Overall, average, and sure, we would stay here again if and when we return.

We had an event with 90 attendees, 50 of them with hotel accommodation, and it was one of the best experiences in terms of service and staff support. Starting with the conference rooms, we had the room on the 8th floor for the conference. The room was very clean and organized. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was in general very motivating. The IT staff were very supportive and helpful. They supported in setting up all what we needed for live-streaming online and were very responsive to all our requests. For the meals, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 coffee breaks. At all time, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. There was good variety of food and the quantities were sufficient for all. For the accommodation rooms, the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the panoramic rooms was amazing. What made the experience this much lovely and amazing is how friendly the staff were. Rima, Farid, Jihane, Hussein, and the IT staff were super responsive and lovely. Their support and kindness made the experience excellent. Looking forward to having more events hosted at Bossa Nova in the future!

One of the best hotels in Beirut.. But its rebuilding they have small pool, the food wasn't that great.. Other than those things everything was perfect.
