A good stay and very reasonable for the room rate.
We were here for a few nights while waiting for our Vietnam visa. Very comfortable hotel.
Spacious and clean room. Big comfortable bed.
Mattress is hard but it was okay for us. Daily housekeeping.
Toiletries, free water bottles everyday. Good air conditioning and ample hot water. Decent smart tv.
Wifi can be improved. Staff is friendly, efficient and was the best. Breakfast consisted of a few stir fries, fried eggs and congee. Buffet style breakfast. Basic breakfast but it's good. There were no decent foreigner friendly restaurants around so it's great as a transit hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. When we left, front desk got us a golf cart to the bus station fast so we could get to the bus station at 9am easily and smoothly. Thanks guys

Start with a long ride from Udomchai Railway Station. distance about 30 kilometers with about 1 hour, running out of the city continuously into the countryside Crossing the mountains countless until the destination The atmosphere of the selected room is in the midst of nature. At the terrace of Chanba There is a waterfall flowing through. How hot the weather But when in the midst of nature It still always feels cold air. The room itself is fine. There may be some insects But the part that makes me not like is The warm water that is very difficult to adjust to warm. Getting from the house to the central part of the resort is quite far. If you pick up the car or you have to take the bicycle at the reception to ride by yourself. But the part that I don't like the most is the food. The taste is not very pleasing to the mouth, the plate is very big, but not delicious, I can't eat it. But have to eat because there is no other to eat around that area until the last day I tried Lao food. To find a good taste of food It's not very delicious. But much better With another thing that I want to adjust to better Is a service that sometimes needs to wait a very long time For example, staying in the room and wanting to order food After calling It takes almost 1 full hour to wait. Or talk to customers that should be better Compared to accommodation prices

Hotel offers airport/train pickup. But my request to pickup via Trip.com was overlooked. However, the staff services were great and helpful. They offered drop off at the Laos border customs on checkout and call forward to my next destination hotel.
There is a serious issue that the management needs to look into. My room had strong cigarette smell and when I asked for nonsmoking room, I was told there is non available! I had a serious headache caused by the cigarette smoke smell despite I opened the window through out the night!
