We stayed eight days at Camp Jirisan Parkview and wished we could have extended for a longer visit. The location is nationally famous: in front of one of the premier Buddhist Temples in East Asia, dating back to the 7th century, and situated beneath lush, green mountains, beside a rushing stream. This was our fourth visit over five years to this hotel. We keep returning for the beauty of the location, for the warmth and kind efficiency of the management, and for the nice facilities. As academics we prize a location that gives a boost to our research and writing, and this hotel is one of our favorites anywhere in the world. For those seeking great Korean food in a serene location, this hotel is a winner.

The room is spacious and recommended hotel if you visit Geozan. It is a pity that the restaurants around are not suitable and the hotel can't eat the variable food. There may be a difference in taste, but the hotel rooms are cheap and you can enjoy the scenery of the mountains.

The receptionist spoke good English and helped us plan our stay. If you're a guitar player, let him know - he'll be happy to jam with you in his hobby cellar ;)
