Pros: Good water pressure. Good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants around
Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time...
The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. The staff were friendly but the service was not defined only by kindness, but it seems to need to reorganize the process inside the hotel.

And my parents like it very much.
The desk staff explains the most carefully even if you have many questions, the face is a smile.
Check out is also pleasantly fast.
I collected only the things I had to eat breakfast.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. 수수밍니I had an exam in Changwon, so I was looking for a place to stay and Toyoko Inn came to mind and I made a reservation right away. The location was close to Eun-ah Apartment, so it was easy to catch the bus! The breakfast was really delicious, and although it was a little small, it felt like it had everything I needed, so I'm going to try other branches!

YYohanaI chose this hotel as I was travelling to see the flowers at Jinhae, and just wanting a basic place to sleep at night. There was no hotel receptionist desk, and so I had a bit difficulty when I arrived and tried to check in (the owner doesn’t speak english so communication using internet call on how to open the door with codes etc were quite challenging).
It is petit as its name, and it had enough amenities, good quality beddings, so I had rested well. The bathroom was slightly smell like sewerage (as with any places in common) and it has no sink (vanity unit) for washing hands, brushing teeth etc so I had to do it with the bath’s shower 😄 but anyway it was not a big deal. Noises from the rooms next doors were quite loud and there were someone turning on loud music during day time (I think the neighbour). But it was okay because I was absorbing all sorts of local culture and the way they live.
Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk so it was convenient. Thank you for letting me to stay.

The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here.
Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

The hotel also has amenities and a refrigerator. There was no problem with the shower and toilet because the water came out without any problems. I'm glad that he also cleaned it! There is also a water server outside, so you can eat cup ramen.

The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often!
Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time!
The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!
