There is also an open-air bath, so you can cool down your hot body in the indoor bath. The Japanese-style room has a washlet toilet and an ashtray in the room, so it is recommended for smokers. The room was clean and well-maintained. At night, even if the screen door is always closed, a few insects come in. It was cool and there were no mosquitoes. The TV in the room is small, about 14 inches. The breakfast was voluminous and delicious. It's cool in the mornings and evenings, so it's comfortable to escape the summer heat. There was heating in the room, but it was comfortable without air conditioning. There was also a convenience store about 5 minutes away on foot.

It is an old hotel, so you may not want to take a bath in your room, but their public bath is good. This place is on the hill which means you will not want to walk by your own in winter because of the slippery Mountain path. But in other hand it is really convenient because they provide shuttle bus to bus station or cable car station.
