車での旅行だったので駐車場も無料で停めれて便利でした。車がないと少し不便かもしれません。アメニティは基本のものが揃っていて部屋も清潔感がありました。少し歩くとお店もありますし冷凍のパスタか炒飯を貰えるので食事には困らないかと思います。

There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa station, so even if it was about a 5-minute walk, I had the impression that it was a little far from the station, but there is a convenience store nearby and the hotel is located in a quiet place. There was no inconvenience in staying. The breakfast tea pickles were delicious. Also, there is a front desk on the 2nd floor for consecutive nights, but you don't have to leave your room card on the 2nd floor and you can get off directly by elevator to the 1st floor, so it's fluttering even at the meeting the next day. I can access the first floor and the room smoothly, so if I have a chance to come to Ube Shinkawa again next time, I would like to use it.

Parking 🅿️ The space was small and I didn't know where to park at first, but I handed the key to the staff and moved to a place that was easy to get out when I checked out. The response was very kind. I would like to use it again.

The room was a good size and I was able to spend comfortably. There are no restaurants like this nearby, but when I walked to the station for about 8 minutes, there were many restaurants and it was not so troublesome

The hot springs were separated by gender, and we enjoyed our time there, but it was the last day of a three-day weekend, and the baths were crowded because many guests were staying there. We couldn't relax, but it was good that we were able to take a bath. We made the reservation during our trip, so it was difficult to confirm the reservation in an area with poor reception. When we checked with the hotel, we found that the reservation for our child had not been made, so we told them and paid on site. We had a relaxing time at the hotel, and it was fun for the whole family. However, the double bed was too small for three people, including a 10-year-old child. Next time, we'll be more careful when booking. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. It was a very satisfying trip.

Disadvantages: slightly old, there is a little musty smell caused by poor ventilation in the corridor on the second floor. The indoor lights are warm yellow and a bit dim.

Old-fashioned business hotel. There is no rice shop in the neighborhood, but there is no problem because there are supermarkets and drugstores. There is also a microwave oven on each floor, so it is very good. Also, there is a large parking lot (plane), so even a little big car is no problem.
