Discover these places worth visiting in Tokushima and select a hotel nearby for ultimate convenience
Mount Bizan
Ccoo***anThe mountain is a beautiful mountain and a pleasant place to walk. In particular, on the hillside road about 1 km from Emperor Jim, flowers are sometimes ordered, while cherry blossoms, hydrangeas and autumn leaves vary by season. In addition to walking, there are many people practicing marathons, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Tokushima.
Awaodori Kaikan
Jjkidd28Awa Dance is a dance that Tokushima is proud of!
In the hall, there are performances throughout the year, and you can also learn how to dress for dancing, what items are needed, etc.!
Now VR equipment is also provided, so you can experience the real Awa Dance in miniature!
Komatsu Beach
MM32***23[Scenery] Beautiful coastal scenery. The first choice for visiting this small island in Japan is definitely to see the beach scenery in Japan. It feels quiet and peaceful. [Fun] The surrounding facilities are relatively complete, and it is worth the trip.
Bizan Ropeway
Jjkidd28Mount Bizan is a symbol of Tokushima City, like an eyebrow curved in the bay! The cable car of Mount Bizan is colorful, red, yellow and blue, very cute! From the top of the mountain, you can see the scenery of Tokushima City, and the night view is selected as one of the 100 night views in Japan!
Tokushima Prefectural Museum
Ccoo***anI was lucky to happen to be free on a day. It was a gorgeous and open structure and I was first surprised when I entered. If you get a good understanding of Tokushima and go sightseeing on Tokushima after you finish watching, I think you can learn more. If you have time, I also want to go to the museum. We recommend you take your time.
Seibu Park
MM32***23One of the most impressive parks. There is a hill to access via a bridge over the main lake and a temple at the top. Majestic waterfalls fall from the mountain. There are also small restaurants. It is full of locals, not tourists, and it offers incredible relaxation and tranquility. I think it's the most beautiful park in the city and one of the most beautiful parks.
Tokushimashi Tenguhisa Museum
1137***66It fully replicates the commercial and townhouses of the Taisho era in central Tokyo so you can learn about life at the time. You can also sit on the shelves of the public baths and play with toys. This is not a beautiful museum, but amenities you can easily enjoy. There was a group of primary and junior high school students there, but I had a great time. The cost was 300 yen in general, and 100 yen for high school students below. A special exhibition called "Edo Custom Doll World" will be held until February 24, where you can see carefully replicated models of the Yohara store and Mr. Tsujimura Jusaburo dolls.
ASTY Tokushima
Ccoo***an[View] There was a photo of Pingcheng because of the location, but when I really went there it didn't happen and the road to the top of the mountain where Benmaru is located was very tight. From the top of the mountain you can see Mount Bizan and Tokushima City, beautiful scenery. It is easy to see from the top that JR Tokushima Station was built after the castle's moat was filled.
